Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Liebe Gäste, unsere Finnhütte liegt ruhig im Südosten Berlins. Mit dem Auto sind es ca 23 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe finden Sie einige Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Netto die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nur 100 Meter entfernt sind 2 Bushaltestellen mit drei Linien, eine davon fährt direkt zum Flughafen BER. Der S-Bhf Adlershof und die Haltestelle Altglienicke sind bequem in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.

You can stay in my house with a terrace, garden and fireplace. You can get to the city center by public transport (S Bahn 5 or 7). The S Bahn stop is 8 minutes away on foot.  The central station is 30 minutes away, Alexanderplatz is 20 minutes away. Direct traffic through the whole city to Potsdam. If you are traveling by car, you can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes and Brandenburg Gate in 25 minutes.  The house is perfect for families with children or a group of friends.

Spend the night in a small brick house from 1890 right on the park in the micro apartment: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140 x 200 (1 bunk bed), small kitchen and bathroom. It is located in East Berlin, 1 stop from Ostkreuz. By bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn 30 min to the center or 15 min to Friedrichshain, Dark Matter and Eastside Gallery. Between Rummelsburgerbucht and Tierpark/ Schloss Friedrichsfelde. The overnight tax (city tax) of 7.5% of the overnight price is already included

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

Country house in Berlin

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of the year. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also fire up the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with grill ring and a large dining area with parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows.
