Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Ber Airport CAN be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine a city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We have built our home completely out of natural solid wood, painted with chalk paints and rediscovered old techniques such as "lyes and soaps" of the oak planks. So also a small apartment we offer here. Who always wanted to know what it's like to stay in a wooden house and in the middle of Berlin?

We rent a small, cozy holiday apartment with separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "gardens of the world" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the subway and S-Bahn (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We are looking forward to visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you want to stay longer, just ask.
