Cozy house consistent with the context. Everything works perfectly and complete beyond our expectations. As specified by Monica, the house is isolated, we suggest staying with another couple. Highly recommended for those who love tranquility even in August.

We spent here a lovely month. Everything was perfect, Andrea was very helpful, the apartment is just less than minute walk to the beach, awesome wiev with the sea and palm trees 😍😍 nice balcony where the sun is shining almost the whole day. At the place, you can use wash machine ( with an additional fee) which was great as we didn’t know about it before coming. We stayed there in December so it was very calm. Really recommend this place! I wish we could come back here next year.

The room met all expectations, was spacious, well located, furnished in a professional and modern way. Claudio is very nice and attentive, he is easy to approach and has interesting advice on the area he comes from. The surrounding garden is his passion and life and as guests we enjoyed the fresh (organic) products he generously provided us with. (vegetables, oranges, lemons, pomegranates) Thanks Claudio!

Carmelo‘s place and hospitality were outstanding! A perfect place to enjoy the Sicilian beach and weather. Carmelo himself is very welcoming, and responsive at all times.

Peppe was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We were able to move into the accommodation independently and also check out independently. The communication was great, we received tips for restaurants and shops and excursion destinations. You can only recommend this accommodation located directly on the sea. Simply wonderful and unforgettable.

It was a wonderful 5 days at Lisa's place to recommend. Great beach for small children and adults we all offer.

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

Perfect house, clean and tidy. We communicated with Stefano that he was always super helpful. Very close to the center and the sea. Highly recommended!

Villa Judith is very nice with spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden with pool that is cleaned regularly. The manager of the villa was very helpful and regularly sent a message if everything was going well and if there was anything else he could do for us. Another plus is that you can walk to sea from the villa. The villa is a bit remote, so a rental car is a must for us. This will take you to a supermarket and the beautiful surrounding towns in just a few minutes. We had a really good time at villa Judith!

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

beautiful property. you find yourself among a grove of olive and citrus trees, a vineyard, a swimming pool -- all with the backdrop and view of the sea. Francesco's aunt lives on the property and tended to our needs - from local recommendations to helping with the heat. we were allowed to pick oranges to press some of our own Sicilian orange juice. our son loved playing in the private patio and sleeping in the upper bunk bed.

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Perfect. Clean, comfortable, really comfortable beds, walking distance to beach and restaurants, lively square nearby, delicious gelato. We had a great stay, I can definitely recommend. The pool is shared. Note if you’re like me and forget things: It is listed in the descriptions, but you have to pay for electricity per kw. I forgot and it was a bit of a shock when the host took the meter reading.

Villa Timparosa is the most beautiful place we have ever been for sure. The villa contains absolutely all the amenities you need. Great location, 15 minutes from the beach, not far from several of the beautiful Sicilian baroque towns. But the garden with pool is the real diamond! Suddenly you find yourself in a real oasis! The host is extremely kind and responsive! A true professional! We had an amazing stay! We will definitely come back to this Sicilian paradise again!!!

Very well located in a quiet area, 5 min walk to a sandy and worldless beach (even in July!). Culture tours 1 hour by car (Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, …). Charming hosts, very welcoming and very attentive (we had a medical problem, thanks to Francesco the medical visits went very well). Accommodation rather for 4 people max. The terrace + garden are very nice.

We met Giovanna with family outside a restaurant in the harbor area. The apartment is a short walk away with a great view over the harbor. We missed nothing in regards to interior and will stay again next time we visit Sicilia. The hosts asked us if they could help us carry our luggage as the entrance to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs from the harbor. Parking spots are available in the near area (100m diameter).

Aesthetically cute accommodation, quiet area not noisy, but close to the center at the same time. Clean, comfortable apartment with beach umbrella. Stairs to get into the bedroom a little steep.

A corner of paradise surrounded by nature, beautiful scenery and warm people. The charm of Sicily par excellence. The accommodation is perfect; Angela and her husband know how to be present while being discreet. If we come back to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.
