Very nice place with a great terrace. Quiet and calm neighborhood next to a nice a beach. Chiara is friendly and helpful and everything works well at the house.

We (my family and friends' family) had a fantastic month at Gianleo's place. It's just by the beach (and there is a beautiful walk down if you take the right path, as I assume some of the previous guests, according to the reviews, didn't take). It's just a 15-20 min to the city center walking by the beach or along the road. It's a calm area with lovely neighbors. Full equipped kitchen, big bathrooms and nothing to complain at. Gianleo was very friendly, answered quickly and helped us out when needed. We're also very thankful for the problem-solving when we accidentally broke a table. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday home in Sciacca!

Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning, we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

Beautiful private location walkable to beautiful beach location

The holiday apartment was as described, clean and bright. It's in a kind of an apartment complex, a few minutes walk from the port area. The terrace is what I liked the most - great for eating outside/reading/relaxing/yoga. Dealing with Alessandro through phone messages was quick and easy and he was flexible on check-in and check-out times which we really appreciated. There is a coffee machine and a kettle but you need to bring your own tea/coffee/sugar etc. and shower gel too.

Due to a flight delay, it was not possible to meet with Walter, but he gave precise, timely and punctual directions as well as excellent advice! It was a great help!! Great host!!

Very good stay in this bright and very practical apartment with bathroom/toilet/water point on each floor. Great view from the terrace and from the house you can visit Sciacca on foot! Alfonso is a great host who told us everything to visit in the city and surroundings, thank you again to him 😉

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

It's a beautiful house, with great outdoor space, lots of bathrooms and lots of stairs! We enjoyed the views of the gorgeous sea right across the street. The only caveat is the living room/dining room/kitchen is one room which is on the small side with only one couch. So if you want to all hang out inside, it's not as comfortable as one would hope for a house that big. However, that did not stop us from thoroughly enjoying our stay.

We were very satisfied very well throughout the stay. It was all very clean. Communication was smooth and very friendly. Eliana took great care of us. The apartment is super designed, with a lot of love for detail. We didn't miss anything. The beach is within walking distance of the beach. On the beach you can enjoy the Italian atmosphere. Lots of nice restaurants and very tasty ice cream. You can also find a supermarket close. A parking space for the car is in the courtyard, so you feel safe. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation.

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We were in paradise! Absolutely amazing modern place - both the house and the resort itself. The house is timeless and tastefully designed, practical layout, a great pool that is shared with the apartment next door. Each unit has 4 sun loungers from the pool. The courtyard has a seating area and a charcoal grill. Great dictont store is 3 minutes on foot. Down to the center is a 10-minute walk away. The amenities of the place were adequate. We would only replenish a watering can or jug for tea or lemonade. There are insect screens on the windows. The mosquitoes were quite a bit in the evening. We have to praise the comfortable sofa bed. We definitely recommend Deborah's place and would love to come back!

Hi Massimo - we had a great week - thanks for hosting us! The outdoor area was very nice - the pool clean and spotless. The house spacious, the beds and bathrooms very comfortable. Perfect location for up to 8 people. Nespresso Machine was exchanged to a local model which worked well. The only flaw was the WiFi which unfortunately worked somewhat unreliable. Liugia and Fabio were very responsive as soon as there was an issue (f.e. kitchen towells). Thanks for their kind help and support. We'll be definitely back to Sicily!

Very beautifully landscaped garden area, wonderful pool and absolute privacy in quiet surroundings. House and property are very well maintained and we felt very comfortable. Nearby is Marina di Ragusa, a beautiful little seaside town with restaurants and shops. A trip to the larger town of Ragusa is recommended.

Perfect house for me my son and hes girlfriend! Modern fresh and well equipped house. We got help from Salvatore and Fedrica whenever we needed it. 🙏🏻 Marina De Ragusa was just a short walk from the house and offered a lot of restaurants and shops and a beautiful boardwalk. Our favorite place we always went back was restaurant Fresco. We would love to come back! ☺️

The beach was beautiful…crystal clear water and a shallow shoreline. We really felt like we were in paradise. The house is located up on the hill (clay) very quiet and peaceful. There is one bar at the beach for drinks/coffee/chips/ice cream….happy hour in the late pm. The house was cozy, a little smaller than what we expected. It’s like living on a sailboat that was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and kind, they live in the attached house. One important note that is not clear in the description is that kitchen and loft bedroom are up on the first floor. The doors that you see on the ground floor next to the outdoor patio is the kitchen of the owners. Keep in mind that there are stairs up to the kitchen/seating area/bathroom and additional stairs up to the loft bedroom. The a/c and fan helped keep the loft cool. If you dine outdoors you have to go up/down the exterior stairs. The kitchen had all the essentials also a table and foldable chairs. The beach 😍

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

Great experience. Beautiful, clean, well-kept and fully equipped house. Magnificent location 200 real meters from the beautiful beach of Poliscia, reachable on a quiet but steep street. Beautiful view from the garden overlooking the coast. It is necessary to have a car to get to the country and shops. Estelle is very nice and approachable. We moved the arrival time for an unexpected circumstance and was ready to find a solution. I hope to be back.

Accommodation as described with several amenities in the kitchen, perfect for cooking good meals. Comfortable, clean space. Giovanni was very available to answer our questions as well as available to give us recommendations, he made us feel comfortable. The location is central, we easily visited the city as well as some nearby beaches without having to use the car. In addition, street parking is easy to access. The only downside would be the noise from the industrial area adjacent to the port down the street (on weekdays).

i stayed 10 days at Daniele's property, I had a great time with Daniele and Angelo, two very nice guys who were always available if needed. Angelo waited for me when I arrived even after check-in. The house is small but equipped with all the necessities and comforts. The outdoor space is a gem,spacious with a barbecue area,it is a postcard view. 10 minutes by car from the village center. I recommend it to everyone,if I have the chance I will definitely come back.

Very well located in a quiet area, 5 min walk to a sandy and worldless beach (even in July!). Culture tours 1 hour by car (Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, …). Charming hosts, very welcoming and very attentive (we had a medical problem, thanks to Francesco the medical visits went very well). Accommodation rather for 4 people max. The terrace + garden are very nice.

Communication with the host was absolutely smooth. Even before we arrived, we received all the important information. Super likeable, quickly accessible and always helpful – exactly how you want a hostess! We were already guests at Angela's for the second time. The apartment itself was very nice: modern, sparkling clean and furnished with so much attention to detail that you can tell there is passion in it. From the cozy bed to high-quality towels – everything is perfectly thought out. I especially liked the terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Pure relaxation! The location is also great: very quiet, and with your own car everything can be reached in a few minutes. For those who want to explore the city or simply want to switch off, this place is a real insider tip. We felt completely comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks Angela
