L'Olivier Zen welcomes you in a peaceful and warm setting: a pretty green plot and its olive tree border the pool, the cozy pool house is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. Our house on 2 levels has a fully equipped apartment on the ground floor that you will occupy. Ideally located to discover the Gironde and its most beautiful vineyards, Saint Emilion, Pomerol a few minutes by car.

Attic outbuilding with pool – Libourne

Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
