There is definitely noise from neighboring bars, but we were able to sleep through it. Location was perfect and the pool was never busy. Worked perfect for our group of 6.

The place is quiet, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Lucas is friendly and always willing to help. Recommended!!! thanks ☺️

Ricardos place was amazing. The pool area was top notch and we spontaneously decided to spend the whole day there. The area is very spacious, you can see iguanas running around in front of your door, hear howling monkeys (maybe even see one if you're lucky). Great nature area, a very cozy home, a kitchen with everything that we needed and a gas grill for bbq on top of all that. Can really recommend Ricardo's place if you're looking to be very close to Tamarindo centre (4 min drive) but still have your private little retreat. Will definitely come by again if we ever visit Costa Rica again!

The place is beautiful, private, quite, just like the pictures, Vannesa and Audrey were excellent hosts, they were always attentive to anything we needed and very kind.

Manfred is a great host. He was always helpful and prompt to reply. The house and pool area were very beautiful. The area is quiet, private and walkable to the beach and restaurants. The beach is spectacular - hardly any people and great sunsets. I would definitely like to return.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay in this unique home. Really enjoyed the space. Gerardo the caretaker was lovely and very helpful. Ate several times at his family restaurant! Is quite a quiet area so was helpful when Joseph helped us hire a car to explore the area.

The place was just like the pictures and the hosts were very attentive, they were nearby in case you needed anything. A very good stay. Recommended!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It had all we needed and loved the pool and barbecue area as well. Jorge and his family made us feel welcome and even took us to the store when we got there. He surprised us with fresh watermelon, coconuts and honeycomb! There is much to do in the area such as swimming, hiking the volcano area, horseback riding, zip lining and resting in the natural hot springs. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back. Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

We had a lovely time. Listen to the birds in the morning while drinking coffee on the terrace, it was wonderful. But it's true that at night, it's quite noisy with trucks passing by not far away. It's 30 minutes to the beach so it's great. The garden was really very beautiful.

Casa Bosque will forever be in our happy memories! My family had such an incredible stay here. The hosts, Forest and Andrea, were so attentive to our questions or needs. She even made us sourdough bread one morning! They were respectful of our space and felt genuinely glad we were enjoying ourselves. They took our families sunset pics the last night. It was great getting to know them! The home is picturesque and has everything you need to enjoy Playa Negra. The beautiful pool overlooked the ocean and tropical landscape. It was refreshing to lounge in during the heat of the day. The kitchen had every amenity we needed to fix coffee, breakfast, and lunch. We chose to try restaurants in the area for dinners each night. Howler monkeys delighted us a couple of days when we could see the family hopping through the trees. The beach out front was a dream to walk out to from your own private entrance. We will definitely be putting this home on our “go back to” list. We enjoyed every minute!!

Wonderful oasis in the sweetest little beach community. Lots of private space, modern interiors, and a great pool. The AC saved us, and we used the well stocked kitchen to cook meals. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located right in front of the sea, a real wonder! I went with my family and we were all delighted. If you're looking for a place to rest, this is the place to be. In just a three-minute walk, you can be on the sand and enjoy the beach. The place was impeccably clean and has all the necessary utensils. The terrace is beautiful, and from the living room table you can enjoy a direct ocean view. Eating with that view makes the experience even more pleasant and relaxing.

Lis's accommodation is in excellent condition just for a family trip, the location is excellent close to many beautiful beaches, we hope to return. My daughter's comment: I love the villa the pool was delicious very clean and the house is beautiful, I really liked that it was in front of the Potrero beach. I loved the terrace which has everything very nice. 😊🏖️

A peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. Great location, walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, coffee! I enjoyed my stay here and the WIFI made it easy for me to spend a week as a digital nomad. There is a grocery store nearby so I could stock up on water and food. I loved the option to cook breakfast and dinners when I didn't feel like going out. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers as it is secure and clean. Gracias!

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!

We passed through Tamerindo (awesome area) on our 1st trip to Costa Rica as a family of 5 (kids - 8, 13, 19) and Tushar's place was perfect for our day visit! It was safe, cozy and zen...actually better than the pics! Wish we had more time -- would love to return!
