Charming self-contained studio overlooking a garden with summer kitchen and pergola, an entrance with laundry area and toilet. Private shower. If you have trouble finding a parking space, you can park on the street near the studios; dogs are allowed, but only one at a time, IN THE GROUND-FLOOR STUDIO OVERLOOKING THE GARDEN, AND PROVIDED THEY ARE NOT LEFT ALONE.

Fully refurbished outbuilding in old Toulousaine house, very close to the center of Noé. Independent garden and terrace with garden furniture. Private enclosed parking in a small courtyard + motorized gate. Entirely on the ground floor and quiet, you will feel very comfortable there. Sleeps up to 5 people (1 double bed, 1 2-seat sofa bed, 1 folding extra bed). A folding baby crib is available.
