Vacation rentals with a kayak in Lewisville Lake

We just finished 3 weeks here as our home renovation was being completed. As a local family, we still had “normal” life to navigate with work and kids’ school, but it was really nice to come back to some time at the lake or in the hot tub in the evenings. The host was very responsive to any of our questions or comments, going above and beyond when we needed to stop back by to look for a lost item. We really appreciated this ‘home away from home’ while we navigated our whole house renovation. We would definitely recommend this house to other families.

Convenient to Main Street in Grand Prairie. A little bit of highway noise (sirens, motorcycles, etc) at night made it hard for me to sleep but my daughter slept peacefully. Very clean! Comfortable amount of space

This house was perfect for us! We were celebrating a birthday with friends and family and had about six kids total. When we arrived, not only was the house super clean, but Christie had supplied snacks and treats for our kids - including s’mores, chips, apple pouches and more. It was so thoughtful and sweet. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were great size and well furnished, but the true star is the amazing pool and backyard. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and we are walking away with some wonderful memories.

Perch on Birch was a beautiful home with lovely outdoor areas for my family and I to enjoy as we explored Fort Worth and attended a family wedding. There were 6 of us and plenty of spaces to get away from everyone when needed. Kambrie was a great host and very responsive to my messages. The neighborhood is near shopping and eating and just a short drive from TCU’s gorgeous campus. The house was impeccably clean and well decorated! We will definitely stay there next time!

Home theater, gaming, Piano, Hot tub, patio fireplace & dining area are special features that many other homes don’t have at all. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Single car covered parking and 2-3 external parking space. Good central Air-conditioning. Great access to many restaurants, markets, activities

Our stay and check in was amazing! Such a peaceful house with lots of outdoor space. We were in the woods so bugs were expected- but there were more webs in the house than we expected. So many supplies and things to use to stay busy at this house! The lake is a 5 min walk away and was so peaceful and amazing! We will be staying with WSM again!

Mack and Hannah were very responsive and made all house details very easy to find. If I had any questions about how to use a device in the house or about house rules, it was very easy to find and a quick response from Mack and Hannah. For 5 guests this house was very comfortable, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

I liked a large communal living room space, we all could be comfortably together. Good layout of all bedrooms having a privacy and quiet for napping during the daytime. Having upstairs covered balcony to look at lake was especially nice. House is in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped with all what we needed to cook our meals in the house. Hosts were very welcoming.

Stayed at this beautiful, secluded ranch for a friend’s wedding, and it was perfect! The property was peaceful and spacious, with a lovely pond and plenty of room for all of us. The setting made for a relaxing getaway, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would absolutely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The place is beautiful, you can watch the sunrise over the lake while sipping your morning coffee. Our family spent a long weekend at Alex’s place for the 2024 eclipse. The house was very comfortable and worked well for us and our preschooler. The area is nice and quiet. The foosball table, ping pong table, and other games were a really fun perk. All the TVs were Roku TVs, which made it really easy to stream everything. Host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.
