Ana is a very welcoming host who takes the time to guide you through your stay with lots of recommendations. The accommodation is close to all amenities and is well equipped. The advantage is the private parking space. We recommend!

She was available and attentive even before we left our country of origin and she followed our trip closely to guide and advise us on logistics and she was there to answer any questions and requests we had. Great welcome, very clean and very well maintained apartment. Very nice view from the apartment, and access to the small port right next door is a plus. We had a pleasant night!

Upon arrival at the apartment, Yohan welcomed us and explained how everything was going. He had prepared 4 bottles of water and 1 bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift, a very nice touch on his part. There were also coffee and tea capsules in a box in case we wanted some. The truth is that the apartment was very clean and had even the smallest detail. Everything was perfect!

We spent a very good week with family, including my children, grandchildren and our dogs. Well-equipped accommodation, beautiful terrace and very beautiful garden. Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! We had a great time in this charming, cozy, convenient, well-appointed and clean apartment. The best, the large sunny terrace sheltered from the wind that enjoys a superb sea, beach and mountain views. In addition, the location is ideal close to shops, restaurants, beach. In short, everything was perfect, we will not hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The accommodation is in a great location, close to all services (port, restaurants, beaches, funfair, supermarket, etc.) we are a couple with 2 small children and highly recommend this apartment. We did not meet Albert in person, however he was very responsive to all of our requests.

I was really happy with my stay. Maryise is just lovely and responsive and the flat was super. Very quiet at night and a 15 minute walk into Banyuls, with great hikes nearby. There is no cleaning fee, so it is expected to leave it clean, which is perfectly reasonable. It was also spotless when I arrived. A good experience.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well-equipped and located. Alain is a very nice host. The only downside, which is not the fault of the host but was the only negative point of the stay, is the strong sewage odor present in the bathroom. Apparently due to a tidal phenomenon this weekend.
