The place was stunning, great decor.. The area is super cute and relaxing. Everything is nearby. The beach is a nice, sandy gradual entry. Bring beach towels.

For the second week of the Easter holidays, we chose to go to the sea (outside the summer season) to enjoy the first beautiful days and above all to please our 5 and 10 year old daughters. I chose the village of Leucate, an authentic and pretty Mediterranean village. I was looking for a place with at least two bedrooms in the heart of the village and Annie's place was obvious. The apartment with secure entrance is conveniently located in the village square. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. We can see that this is an apartment that is maintained with care. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious for a couple with two children. What I particularly appreciated: the spacious bathroom, the very comfortable sofa equipped with two USB ports and the pretty backsplash in the kitchen. In summary, all the services offered fully satisfied us. If the opportunity arises again, we'll be back with pleasure. Denis.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delphine’s place. The apartment was great for 2 people and a child. The fans were helpful with the heat and there even was an additional fan which we could have used but didn’t need to. The view on the Port Locate was amazing :) Everything was as described and we had an amazing time at the beach :) Thank you :)

We were 2 couples of friends. This accommodation allowed us to have our privacy. The house is pleasant and nicely decorated, very functional, with all the necessities. Upstairs, air conditioning would have completed this quality service. As well as a mattress topper on the double beds to bring a little more comfort. We had a pleasant stay. Francis and Assunta

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

Stéphanie is very accommodating and very friendly, the accommodation is very well located, very clean and there is everything you need in this little house! Thanks again for the redo, I would already be or book my place!

Our stay was memorable in large part thanks to Claudie's accommodation. It is a quiet place close to the beach. All amenities are within walking distance and the sea view from the moment you wake up is sumptuous. Thank you very much, we highly recommend this accommodation.

Very well hosted by Julien's mom who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can walk. Secure parking, that's great. Julien gave us information about places to visit to discover the region, restaurants, etc. And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very appreciable! We would recommend it without hesitation.
