Retro Design Apartment in the Letná Art District

I am offering a stay in a newly remodeled apartment in the historical building, which was built in 1892. The apartement has a large kitchen with a fridge, microwave owen and all basic stuff for everyday use, however not everything for some heavy duty cooking. Eating area, living room with a flat screen TV, free internet Wi-fi, 2x bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It´s situated on the four floor. This is a residential building with no elevator then please be respectful toward the neighbours. Ring the bell R.Milersky (next door) or send text and i will respond asap. Soak up the authenticity of the arty Letná neighborhood. Experience the spirit of small cafes, pubs, and the local artists' shops hidden all around. Local neighborhood with many small groceries, cafeterias and bars. The closest shop is just a cross the street. Some bigger are located from 5-10 minutes walking. There is a nice bar in our street just 2 blocks from the house. The street Veverkova is considered as a local hipster community center. Also the connection to the city center is great. The apartment is situated arround the corner from the well known National Gallery and also next to one of the largest and most beautiful parks in Prague, with its beautiful views sought after by photographs and tourists. Close by from this park, you will find the Prague castle, the most visited tourist location in the Czech Republic 3 min walk to the National Gallery in Prague (200m), 8 min walk to Expo Prague (600m), 9 min walk to Stromovka park (forest park, restaurants, sports) (600m), 10 min walk to the National Technical Museum (700m), 12 min walk to Letna park (fantastic views of Prague, Letná beer garden, restaurants, pétanque) (900m), 21 min walk to the large shopping center Palladium (1,6km), 23 min walk to the historical city center (1,6km), 29 min walk to Old Town square (2,1km), 34 min walk to Wenceslas square (2,5km), 37 min walk to Prague Castle (2,8km), 42 min walk to the Prague Zoo through Stromovka park (3,2km),

We had four wonderful days in Prague, Anna's accommodation was worth every euro. The neighborhood is a very quiet, green neighborhood with academies and universities, at night it was very nice and quiet. In the neighborhood, there are also plenty of options for breakfast and the city center is very easy to reach both on foot and by tram. The place was super clean, everything you needed was there, the beds were super comfortable. The apartment also has a super charming old building charm that simply fits Prague and us.

We appreciated the infant amenities (travel cot, baby bath, high chair etc) that were provided. Having a washing machine and dryer proved very handy, and it was great to have Apple TV! The location of the apartment is a real highlight; you are a 1 min walk to Charles Bridge and yet the street and building was quiet. Thanks again Jan & Jana!

I spent 2 wonderful days in Prague and 2 wonderful nights in Radim's apartment. It is located in a quiet area of Prague with great architecture and it was wonderful to come back there after a long day in the bustling city center. The apartment is close to the tram stop and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the center. The apartment itself is cozy and has the perfect size, which is perfect for 2 people, but there were 3 of us and it was still comfortable. I would also like to highlight Radim and Josef's friendly attitude, helpful recommendations and responsiveness. I will definitely come back. Thank you!
