Located across the road from Lake Winnipeg in Grand Marais. A stay at the lake gets no better than being able to look and enjoy sunsets every night. Just across the road is also access to a quiet public beach/ spit. A great location for ice fishing, a 1 bedroom quaint cabin with huge decks to enjoy sitting outside to listen to the birds , enjoy the sun and sunsets. I stayed at Marcia’s cabin the first week of April, as I wanted a peaceful and relaxing spring break getaway. The cabin is perfect for a quiet retreat - cozy with everything needed. The weather when I was there was mild winter weather, and although there was still lots of snow, I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on Marcia’s beautiful back deck. This cabin is pet-friendly and my little beagle loved the fenced backyard. The cabin is two blocks from the lake, and we walked nightly to view the sunset over the vast snowy landscape. The cabin had everything I needed, including soft luxurious bedding, coffee bar, wood stove, and the relaxation that comes with a cozy wood cabin. I hope to return either in the summer months when the lakes and parks are active, or again in late winter when seeking rest and relaxation.

Really lovely cabin in the woods for a quick winter getaway. Kim was always communicative and the Airbnb was exactly as described, if not better. The bedrooms were comfy and the whirlpool tub was really fun and relaxing! I also really appreciated that the listing was pet-friendly - we brought our cat, and he loved basking in the sun and watching squirrels from the window sills. Overall, great value and lovely place to stay. Thank you!

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful. The house itself is stunning, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We were even lucky enough to enjoy the breathtaking Northern Lights right from the property, surrounded by the most picturesque landscape. The communication with the hosts was excellent — they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help. Their thoughtfulness and understanding made our experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we are truly grateful for their hospitality. This home is a little piece of paradise, and we will cherish the memories made here. Highly recommended

The Lighthouse is a perfect place to get away from the business of the world and rest. We had our anniversary getaway and it was memorable. The cottage is so unique and was built with details. Kailie was very helpful and responded to all our questions and needs. We definitely recommended and would love to go back one day!

Truly an amazing Home- as soon as you come down the dirt road the wows start. amazing views of lake Winnipeg with stunning sunsets witch can be viewed from the hot tub or the private intimate balcony off the master bedroom- take a stroll down the beach or even fish off the rocks ( we were able to catch !!) the house is very well kept and very clean !!! amazing open living room - nice big kitchen will all you need and more for cooking - grill on the big deck in the back- as well as a hot tub games for the adults as well as kids. dog beds toys and more. everything has been thought of here for the guest. very well done we will be back no questions asked ( I'm sure multiple times ) thank you for the great vacation we were able to relax and this location was the icing on the cake !

This is my family‘s third visit to Bailey’s. We were one of her first guests. From day one it is always been an amazing trip and space. Bailey has been top-notch. We’ve liked it so much that this year we booked an entire week. We could not be happier with the cottage or Bailey. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.
