El Gavell , an ethnic-inspired boutique apartment, with capacity for a maximum of 4 occupants. Located in the heart of L'Escala, a few meters from the “Platja de les Barques”, very close to all the cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities. It has an interior size of 50m2 and a balcony where you can enjoy the outdoors. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Very bright rooms, with large windows, decoration in shades of blue and black, along with touches of wood. Very comfortable beds, high quality mattresses. It has a bathroom with Italian shower, spacious, very nice.The kitchen is "office" type, equipped with what is necessary for those who enjoy cooking at home, it opens onto an open plan living-dining room, with a large window leading to the balcony. The entire apartment has very good natural lighting, which helps to highlight its quality finishes and its noble woods. Its natural wood doors stand out, recycled from old Catalan farmhouses. Equipped with centralized air conditioning (hot and cold), 32 ”Smart TV, 3 types of coffee machines, dishwasher, Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, soundproofed double glass closures, entry by code (non-face check-in), etc…. We have created a space of relaxation, tranquility and comfort, for the enjoyment of our clients. Ideal para familias, con playas de gran belleza a cinco minutos a pie. Cuenta con unos espaciosos 120m. Dos terrazas, una de ellas con unas espectaculares vistas a la bahía de Rosas. Muy bien situado. Dispone de dos habitaciones con baño completo y una sala de juegos que podría habilitarse como dormitorio infantil.

Vistas increíbles en una ubicación perfecta ♥ Este apartamento está cerca de todo, tanto del casco antiguo como de la zona más veraniega. Playas, tiendas y restaurantes a mano derecha y a mano izquierda. Tiene camas nuevas muy cómodas, mobiliario moderno y dispone de Internet y una plaza de garaje para un total confort en tus vacaciones. Si te levantas pronto te despertarás con un mar de color rosa y cuando te vayas a dormir verás la luna reflejada en las olas. Me encanta, es mágico.
