Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth that emanated from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thank you to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted while we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

If we return to the area, I would prioritize this studio and its managers vs a hotel, for the welcome, kindness and discretion The place, the breakfast, etc. everything is good I think that during the harvest it must be worth it, with the very fresh Muscadet Thank you

Not only did the accommodation match the photos as well as the description, but we were won over as soon as we opened the accommodation. The house was cool, with the heat outside, it was very nice. When we opened the roller shutters, there was immediately clarity in the house. In short, you will have understood that we fell in love with this tastefully decorated house, it is functional and peaceful, no noise around. I can only recommend it.

the accommodation was very quiet, peaceful, all along the Loire, a beautiful environment, even more beautiful than in the photos. Pierre and Brigitte are exceptional hosts with their hospitality, discretion and responsiveness. Location in the middle of nature, easy to reach by car and with public transport and bike path to the city center.

Excellent stay at Gilles and Hélène's as part of Hellfest. Good location vs the festival site easily accessible by car. Convenient accommodation with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Very friendly and responsive host; I would recommend it!

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 2nd floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

The accommodation was as described and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. Recommended! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not terrible especially in the living room.

We often stayed in Nantes, but we had never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is in a very good location, clean and well-decorated. We recommend it++

Pleasant stay at Cécile's apartment Easy access from the train station (10 min walk max.), in a quiet residential area - close to the city center and main amenities. Perfect for a short trip to Nantes! A big thank you to Cécile who also allowed us to enter the premises well before the set check-in time - as we were there in the morning. A nice gesture! I recommend it!

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.
