Fully renovated, our cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people, it includes: 1 living room with open kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140X190 beds and dressing room. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to the end of September), swing, ping-pong table and bocce ball court.

Located about 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from Sables d 'Olonne, 20 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, we are ideally located. The exterior is under renovation and we live just below it. Serious, discreet and respectful guests only! Party not allowed. For large dogs, it is only 30 m2 so unfortunately they will not be accepted.

Horse riding enthusiasts can bring their horses with ours during your stay (2 max and financial supplement)

Come and sleep in this newly renovated home. La Roche-sur-Yon is 10 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou is 45 minutes away, Les Sables-d'Olonne is 30 minutes away. It has a 140/190 double bed upstairs accessible by a staircase with a separate bathroom. Its 140/190 sofa bed can accommodate an extra adult or 2 children. This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
