An enchanting white house with A/C built in Menorcan style (one floor) situated in the heart of a very pretty urbanization with lots of green and 3 communal swimming pools and a small playground. 7 min drive from the beach and 5 min from the centre of L´Estartit with direct acces via a bike path.
