We had a lovely week at Laetitia's beautiful home. It offers the best of both worlds, right in the middle of a lovely village with everything you need but being the gates you have a huge stunning garden with stream and church bells ringing. Spotlessly clean, excellent swimming pool, great games and bikes to keep the children entertained and lovely hosts. We needed a pharmacy whilst there and the local one is 2 mins drive away next to the supermarket. They were exceptionally helpful and kind and made a huge effort to speak English. Felt very well rested on our return home, thank you!

We booked this place for a bachelor party. We were 8 people, the place is really suitable for hosting a group of friends. Billiards is a real asset. The bedrooms in a row are very friendly with two stairs so as not to disturb your room neighbors. The location is perfect, you can enjoy a beautiful exterior without worrying about noise (no neighbors). You have enough to park at least 5 cars. I would highly recommend this listing.

Our stay at the little marette was very pleasant, we came to spend two wonderful days not far from Giverny and Paris. The hosts are very friendly and the small welcome gifts pleasantly surprised us. The accommodation is full of charm, well-equipped and clean, it feels like home. The small garden allows you to rest, listen to the birds, have lunch or dinner in the sun. Shops nearby, bikes available. It's a haven of peace that we were very sad to leave so quickly. We highly recommend it to all lovers of calm and nature.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

I really enjoyed the historic quality of this two story Airbnb, which dates from the 1700's. The stone walls and beamed ceilings upstairs provided a restful ambiance, and the fully equipped kitchen downstairs made meal prep a breeze. All shopping was within a block, featuring gourmet foods, supermarket, flower shop, pizza parlor and fine stationary and gift stores. And yet, with all of that nearby convenience, this Airbnb was quiet as can be, for no automobiles can be seen or heard from its private gardens. It is beautifully located off the street in the back of much larger houses.

Go there without so much as a second thought! You can only have a great time there. In addition, very warm welcome. Fanny is very responsive. It feels good to meet such a person. We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.
