Excellent stay, the apartment is very comfortable and bright, matches the listing, has sweeping views of the river. The parking is covered and very comfortable. It's not central, but it wasn't a problem for us. Anthony answered the questions quickly and clearly.

Loved our stay! It’s a pity we only stayed for one night. The apartment was lovely and clean, right in the centre of Rouen. We were lucky that we managed to grab a parking spot on the street (there are only about 4/5 spots). Jeanne was very accommodating and responded to any queries very quickly. If we are staying in Rouen again we’ll definitely book with Jeanne!

we had a great extended weekend with the family. Véronique's place is beautiful, tastefully decorated, everything is well thought out and the panorama is exceptional. Laurent's house is located not far from the ruins of an 11th century castle being renovated. The house and its gardens are unveiled through a beautiful green courtyard. Every detail of the decor is designed to make you dream. The living space is beautiful. We were able to enjoy just about everything the house and garden had to offer, and there is plenty to do. The kitchen is amazing, we liked the rustic look, the large table and the huge oven (among other things)! The rooms have their own universes. Some beds are super comfy with ultra-soft duvets. The different spaces and nooks outside delighted us, we were able to enjoy all the amenities and the beautiful garden with the diversity of species and plants. Outdoor furniture is great for a large group. It was in this romantic atmosphere that we were able to enjoy evenings in the garden by the light of garlands. We are delighted, thank you Laurent.

In one word: paradise! In addition to the sense of hospitality and the absolutely extraordinary kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, what struck us the most and that we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this almost timeless place. That being said, enjoying the pool, having lunch in the sun, contemplating the river that flows peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling in the cocoon that is this mill once night falls, also delighted us. It's very simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is so strong and the fear that it will not be available is present.

This apartment was furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The quality of everything was exceptional. We were able to use a bus to get into town really easily. The development is brand new and very quiet. Highly recommended! Thank you Thomas

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. As a business, we put the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear guidelines and easy to understand. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished tastefully. Equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.

The apartment is close to the city center, you can reach everything very easily. The apartment is small but cute. Sophia is very nice and always easy to reach, too bad we didn't manage to meet in person. We would come back to stay anytime.
