Monthly Rentals in Leons

It is a great cottage, located behind the house of Nynke and Johannes. There are 2 sweet dogs and 6 cozy chickens. The fresh eggs were already in a basket ready in the kitchen. We were allowed to come earlier and stay a little longer because there were no guests before and after us. Very attentive. The stay is cozily furnished, good beds, everything clean and tidy. A beautiful garden, with its own seating area (sofa, table and dining table with chairs) and cozy lights. The kitchen is fully equipped from potato paring knife to salt. Bedding made up beds and towels are provided. All in all a nice place that we can recommend to everyone.

We were with family, a total of 18 people and 2 young children. The house (2 combined houses with large connecting door) was great. Upon arrival, the house was already nicely heated. Walking in the area is fine, only the route through the meadows was, due to morselessness, not really passable. The en-suites at the bedrooms on the 2nd floor do not have their own toilet. However, there is a toilet on each floor. The bedrooms are sufficiently spacious, some very spacious. Auke and Gerdi are friendly people who respond quickly to calls or text messages. Everything was clean and complete. We'd love to come back to the next family desert.

Super clean and lovingly furnished bungalow in a rural environment. I liked it very much and can recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay with Frida and her family! From the beginning we were warmly welcomed – the hosts are incredibly friendly, and the small conversations or breaks together in between made our stay even more beautiful. The house is absolutely quiet in the middle of nature and thus offers the perfect environment to switch off. Our dog also had the time of his life – the property is completely surrounded by water, so we could let him run relaxed without having to worry. The location is also great: All beautiful places in Friesland can be reached in a maximum of half an hour. Ideal for exploring the region. The house itself is modernly furnished, very comfortable and above average well equipped – especially in the kitchen we lacked nothing. You can tell that this has been thought out. We will be happy to come back!
