This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

This was our second time staying here and we just live it. Ana is so kind and responds very quickly if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying at Ana's house!!

We were so happy to find Rikki’s place. It enabled our family to spend meaningful time together during a holiday. Everyone had their own private space and the pool was a beautiful amenity during the warm weather. We would definitely rent this house again!

Patrese and Katie were great hosts. They responded very fast with very useful information. Our check in process was smooth. The house was beautiful and quiet. There were clear instructions and rules in a book near the frozen door. Multiple power plugs were available in each room and were suitable for different types of chargers. Lots of places to sit with a variety of dishes to choose from. The view of the pool was nice. Outdoor area was our favorite place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here, great area and very clean house and comfy home. Judy was very considerate to me for my situation. I would recommend anyone to staying here!

Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

Very beautiful, spacious, clean, and well organized Villa. It is super close to hollywood, universal studios, and other attractions. I loved how it’s very peaceful at night, the view from the balcony is amazing, I was able to cook breakfast, everything is labeled which makes things super easy to find, and the jacuzzi is a bonus. This place provided everything we needed for our stay. I am very happy with my stay, and I highly recommend this Villa.

Staying at Middlebury was a great experience overall! The amenities, the pool and the view were well worth the experience. The rooms are spacious well decorated and accommodated our group very nicely. Would absolutely recommend another visit to this home next time I am in the So-Cal area!

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

Such an amazing stay! We had family from Sonora, Mexico, visiting Santa Clarita for the first time and it was an incredible stay. Would book again!!

We booked last minute after our original host cancelled, but Katy and team reached out immediately to let us know all the check in information and answered any questions we had. The house was great for visiting with friends and family. Check in and out was easy. Each bedroom was comfortable and as pictured.

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Had a very nice stay! We have a 2.5 year old so the kids room and play area was perfect, and the endless collection of kid’s books was a delight. We had a couple small things come up but Catia was super helpful right away. The neighborhood is wonderful, on a clean and safe residential street. Small thing to note: at the time of our stay, there was no coffee maker, microwave, toaster, shower, or TV… which might be a dealbreaker for some. If you can live without those things then you’ll be great. Either way, still a clean, well-thought and enjoyable space.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

I’m so grateful for having been at Vardan’s place! A home away from home! Thank you for the great treats waiting for me, the cleanliness, the location and the whole excellent vibe! Every space was a treasure! Loved being just around the corner from my kids, so peaceful and beautiful!

Frankie’s place was perfect for my family vacation. Spacious, clean, and convenient. Comfortable beds, clean linens and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for contributing to our memories. Best part was Frankie took the time to come meet us and introduce himself. That was a bonus.
