Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car.
