Very well located apartment, close to beaches, activities and shops. The residence is quiet and has a nice pool. Very good communication. Everything is in walking or cycling distance. Special mention to the restaurant right next door “La Kbane” the dishes are excellent!

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Fiona was available to each message sent from us, a very nice house, in a good location. We were received by a friend of Fiona's who welcomed us very warmly and remained available during our stay. I recommend this rental and Fiona is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely accommodation which has direct access to the forest from the doorstep and is five minutes walk from a beautiful surfing beach. We loved the hundreds of miles of cycle tracks in the area, amazing bird life, and the lively town of Hossegor with its picturesque lake which has a lovely market even in low season. The boardwalks on the dunes in Seignosse and the Étang Noir nature reserve were particular highlights. Definitely worth having bikes for your stay 🚲 We would love to come back next year!

House in the middle of the forest. Very nice decoration and painting from the owner. Very well-equipped house, in the middle of a very large garden, outdoor shower, trampoline, many tables and chairs to be outside and very nice living room. Good bedding, functional kitchen. For those looking for calm, an experience in the middle of the forest, this house is perfect.

felt very welcome, nice large private garden. The place is attached to the back of their home, very quiet. inside is well equipped and bed comfortable. There are a couple of heaters to keep it nice and warm. definitely value for money.

Virginie's accommodation is very well-equipped. We made a stop in Tartas with our bikes, which we put in the garden and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful house immediately. The horses in front of the house were beautiful to watch. The barbecue in the garden is awesome. And there is a beautiful walking path through the forest directly from the house. Perfect for holidays with a dog and if you love peace and quiet. Florence is the perfect host. A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Really ideal for partying with family and children. Even though the weather wasn't with us, we took advantage of it. In addition, the house is decorated with a multitude of heathered objects, really nice! Wild beaches are reached by foot!

Perfect accommodation for the residence of 2 people in the Southwest! Very welcoming and friendly host! Ideal location, I can only recommend this place for stays of a week or more!

Had a great stay at the villa. The place had many pro’s: close to the beach (10 min walk), heated pool, great kitchen with good appliances, a lot of chill spots for many types of weather, lots of entertainment possibilities too. Good location for surfing trip, with room to wash and store boards. We stayed there with 14 people and that was comfortable, but be aware you have some room sharing situations. Phil is a good communicator and everything went very smooth. 10/10 would recommend!
