We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. From the first moment, communication with the host was excellent; he was always available to answer our questions. The cabin is located in an impressive natural setting, surrounded by mountains and forests, which gave us a sense of peace and quiet. The place was impeccably clean and perfectly decorated, with a rustic style that blended perfectly with the beauty of the landscape. The amenities were top-notch; the kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to rest deeply. In addition, we enjoyed long walks around the area, where we could connect with nature. The cabin is the ideal place to disconnect. We definitely recommend this place to those looking for a rural and quiet getaway to breathe fresh air.

We stayed in this home as a family for a week. It is a large, rustic house with many bedrooms and cozy flair thanks to the wood-burning stove. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many people. The living area has a small couch for 2-3 people, so as a large group you are more likely to linger at the dining table. For children, the farm is an absolute dream, as there is a lot to discover, an old barn with hay bales, cats, chickens and a former cowshed. There are many hiking trails in the area, and there is a forest right next door. Highly recommended accommodation for families with children seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Katja and Byron are very friendly and we found everything as described.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

We were very pleased with the apartment, everything was so lovely. You can tell they put effort thinking of the little details, Nothing was missing. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the check in was nice and easy.

Everything was great! The accommodation cannot do justice to the photos, as it is so beautifully and lovingly furnished. Very spacious and everything your heart desires is available. The large sun terrace was our absolute highlight.

It was a great stay, plenty of space. The use of the wood-burning stove should be practiced, otherwise it is best to ask. The area was also very appealing. Reinhard was also very accommodating. Thank you!

Great location—really, direct on the tram line and easy to get around the city. Amenities were a little “bare bones”, but the apartment was clean and in good condition, so for the price and the host friendliness/response times, all in all, it was a great experience and definitely a place I will recommend to my friends.

With child perfect! Very spacious everything is great and clean, extensive amenities. We definitely want to come back! We felt so comfortable! Fantastic view of the mountains all around.

We had a great time in Graz, nothing was missing. A great big bathroom. The sofa bed is more suitable for 2 smaller people (children) or 1 adult.

It was a real pleasure to be pleasure to be in the historical centre of Graz. The host is very friendly and always present to solve any problem.

The apartment is very large and spacious. Everything was very clean, the couch very cozy, the big TV also perfect for a chill-out evening in the room. The usable spa area is also completely satisfactory, nice pools & saunas and very good opening hours. We will be happy to come back.

Dominik and his apartment were wonderful from start to finish! Communication from Dominik was excellent and he helped us out with all sorts of random requests that went over and above what was expected. The apartment is even bigger and more spacious than the photos would show and is so well equipped with everything you would need (with very generous additions in the fridge!). Nice stay, very nice hostess! Apartment cozy and stylishly furnished, apartment also very centrally located. However, the apartment is not barrier-free (there are some stairs up to the bedroom) and the third sleeping place could be a little narrow and/or too short for larger people. But everything worked out for us :) Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very quiet and yet in the middle of the city, just great. Check-in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Mrs. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.
