Nice small house with a lovely garden in a very quiet and peaceful area. Well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed my brief stay and am happy to recommend Werner’s place.

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all peace. Communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend for three with friends. We could have easily stayed a few more days.

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. From the first moment, communication with the host was excellent; he was always available to answer our questions. The cabin is located in an impressive natural setting, surrounded by mountains and forests, which gave us a sense of peace and quiet. The place was impeccably clean and perfectly decorated, with a rustic style that blended perfectly with the beauty of the landscape. The amenities were top-notch; the kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to rest deeply. In addition, we enjoyed long walks around the area, where we could connect with nature. The cabin is the ideal place to disconnect. We definitely recommend this place to those looking for a rural and quiet getaway to breathe fresh air.

We were very pleased with the apartment, everything was so lovely. You can tell they put effort thinking of the little details, Nothing was missing. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the check in was nice and easy.

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is quite central yet quiet. The main square of Graz is only a few tram stations away and almost within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and as described. In the kitchen was everything you need. A very nice touch from Moritz was the supply of capsules for the Nespresso machine. Moritz was always available for questions and responded quickly with good tips. Overall a very nice stay and we would be happy to come back.

A very nice place, with good parking. The hostess is on site and very friendly. The places nearby are easy and quick to reach by car. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time! It was peaceful and exactly what we needed for a relaxing get-away. The place was clean, quiet and well insulated, so despite the cold winter we were always warm. The locals were very welcoming. Overall, we would come back again!

Great location—really, direct on the tram line and easy to get around the city. Amenities were a little “bare bones”, but the apartment was clean and in good condition, so for the price and the host friendliness/response times, all in all, it was a great experience and definitely a place I will recommend to my friends.

Dominik and his apartment were wonderful from start to finish! Communication from Dominik was excellent and he helped us out with all sorts of random requests that went over and above what was expected. The apartment is even bigger and more spacious than the photos would show and is so well equipped with everything you would need (with very generous additions in the fridge!). The apartment is very quiet and yet in the middle of the city, just great. Check-in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Mrs. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.

We felt at home. Especially the huge covered balcony with the spacious seating was a real highlight. A criterion for choosing this apartment was also the elevator. Everything was great and clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Thank you. I'd love to come back next time.

The apartment is very large and bright. Bathroom and kitchen perfectly equipped (protein powder is even available - athlete-friendly) 👌🏽 During our stay the weather was nice, so we could enjoy our first coffee on the sunny terrace. The host Markus answered all questions quickly and gave us good recommendations.
