We had a wonderful vacation. The house and the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. You really rarely experience so much hospitality. The house is very nice and we already miss the stove. The area is charming, a perfect family vacation. We will remember the days very fondly. Many thanks to Roland and Ralitza. Beautiful, cozy little winegrower's house! Everything is as described! The inn 20 meters away makes it perfect! Would have liked to have stayed longer!

The ski holiday in the old farmhouse was perfect for us. (4 adults 6 children ). Marianne and Fritz are super nice and totally helpful. There is a bun service and own eggs and honey. We were there for skiing and the ski resort is perfect for families and reachable in 5-10min by car. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

It was all as in the photo, we were in town in 5-10min by taxi and in 5min at the main train station. Host was very friendly and uncomplicated, very flexible and everything was very clean, towels and bedding were available. Only: unfortunately there were quite a lot of moths, we were not sure whether clothes moths or food moths. Otherwise, everything worked out great.

This place is really a gold mine. We felt immediately comfortable. The cottage was very clean and has everything you need. Even the hot pot was preheated. Birgit and Bernhard were very attentive and straightforward. Thanks for the lovely weekend!

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Nice house in beautiful area, everything available for a relaxing holiday. Friendly host who likes to communicate and give tips. Super quiet at night. Our dog Seppi also enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back here.

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Thank you, Konrad, for such a beautiful experience.

It is a beautiful, modern studio, located in a very quiet area, with only sounds of the forest as ambient sounds. The shared pool is beautifully situated with a great view. However, a stay in the studio is not recommended for families with small children due to the lack of a kitchen and plenty of living space, but ideal to watch some TV or spend some time on the spacious balcony after a day out, also this with a great view. In our opinion, the studio is therefore not suitable for spending whole days in. Theresia responded very quickly to our questions and although there were initially no baby cot and chair present and I failed to make a connection with the WiFi, she did ensure that this was resolved as soon as possible. It was also very pleasant that the car could be placed under a carport given the severe weather. Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away.

It was super nicely maintained, clean, everything you need was there with 6 adults and 7 children out of season, but it was definitely worth it. The children liked to inquire about the area...we will definitely come back

This place is absolutely amazing a sanctuary to retreat within yourself. I came here to fast and meditate and I could have not ask for a better place. Everything was wonderful! The place is extremely relaxing and quiet, perfect to relax and enjoy nature. The view is simply breathtaking, and the sunrise was truly a wow experience, memorable! Communication with Dario was very friendly, and the lady of the place was exceptional, super communicative and careful to make us feel completely comfortable. She offered us everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The house has an amazing view over the vineyards to Riegersburg and it is a nice area for walks. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend it!

Charming rustic cottage. we had plenty of firewood. if you had children it would keep them entertained. the views were scenic and it was so quiet at night.

We had the pleasure of spending the turn of the year at Sepp's cabin and it was just a wonderful experience! Even in advance, communication was straightforward and all the details were clearly described – there were no surprises except the positive ones! The cabin itself was very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Particularly noteworthy is the oven, which made the cabin warm in a short time – perfect for warming up after a long winter walk. Despite the rustic charm, everything was super clean and very well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. We were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest and appreciated the peace and seclusion. It was the perfect place to get away from it all and welcome the new year relaxed. We stayed for several weeks at Alexander's place and we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come again. We travel a lot and see a lot of places and this one is definitely on our favorite list. The house is very cozy and has all you will need. Sitting in the "Winter garden" with a warm tea and the fireplace in your back, looking into the woods on the mountain is really relaxing. The garden is amazing and huge, our dogs loved to play there and also could take a bath in the stream next to the plot (with private entrance directly from the garden!). The Rax area is also very nice, especially if you like nature and hiking. We loved it and can fully recommend the place and also Alexander and Anna as host, which were very friendly and helpful!

It was a totally uncomplicated, beautiful and memorable trip and accommodation from start to finish! We were super comfortable, well accommodated and had a wonderful and likeable hostess with Desiree! We weren't guests for the last time, that's of course :)
