We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

Wir haben drei Nächte in Graz verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben im Inserat und war sehr sauber. Untertags kann man die Bahn hören, da die Gleise nah an der Wohnung verlaufen, ansonsten war es ruhig. Es sind etwa 20 Minuten ins Zentrum, die kann man aber an der Mur entlang schlendern. Insgesamt würde ich das Apartment empfehlen!

Wonderful clean appartement with a great host! Well stocked and with good amenities. The bed is nice, albeit very soft. The building was easy to find and in a good location but quite loud. Sedin was very helpful and extremely responsive, taking initiative to make sure if we didn't need anything else. Even some free drinks and little bits of chocolate were included! Definitely recommend staying here!

Premium Apartment - City center

Really great location. Stayed here for the Austrian F1 GP, and was close to all the public transport, which made getting there and back easy. The house was really nice, clean, and had all the amenities we required (except for olive oil for cooking but can't expect it). The check-in process was really easy, and the host was very responsive. Only (minor) issue is the blinds do not block out all the light in the morning, making it fairly bright in the morning, so perhaps bring a sleeping mask. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Graz.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnte sich bestens ausruhen. Die Lage ist perfekt: Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, die Stadt ist nicht weit, und die Autobahn ist schnell erreichbar. Wirklich top!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt – von der Küche bis hin zum Badezimmer war alles vorhanden. Besonders das Bett war super bequem und hat für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Das Apartment ist auch super gelegen – nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, sodass wir Graz bequem erkunden konnten. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren über Ostern in Graz zu einer Familienfeier. Hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen (auch mit Hund) perfekt:) Alles, was man so braucht, war vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und waren so sehr flexibel und sehr dankbar, dass wir den Parkplatz für unser Auto am Haus nutzen konnten! Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch ohne Fahrrad ist man zu Fuß oder öffentlich gut angebunden. Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Gerne wieder! Danke Bernhard

Magnifique appartement avec tout l’équipement dont vous avez besoin pour un long séjour. Idéal avec un enfant, car tout est disponible (lit bébé, chaise haute, vaisselle pour enfant, etc.). L’appartement était également très propre à notre arrivée ! Je recommande vivement pour les familles qui ont besoin de faire un séjour prolongé.

Solo puedo poner 5 estrellas pero se merece más, puedo decir que Florián ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido, todo lo que describió era exacto, yo tenía dudas sobre cómo estacionar y me explico claramente cómo funcionaba, reservé con 7 meses de anticipación y a cada pregunta que hice de manera cortés y rápidamente me respondía. El apartamento es una taza de plata, impecable, súper limpio con vista a un patio frondoso, a media cuadra de un gran supermercado, dormí 5 noches perfectas y para cierre con mucha pena le pregunté si podía salir 2 horas más tarde y modificó de inmediato al personal de limpieza para que llegara más tarde sin problema. De repetir, sin dudarlo.

We had a great time at Martins place. There were pretty much everything we needed. Though kids missed having something to watch as there were no TV, they enjoyed the spacious rooms to play other games. Overall a nice and tidy place.

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Graz. Umgeben von zahlreichen Lokalen und den wichtigsten Attraktionen am Fuße des Schlossbergs dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der steirischen Hauptstadt. Ein unerwartetes Problem wurde kurzfristig und unkompliziert gelöst. Nochmals vielen Dank für das großzügige Entgegenkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het betreft een mooie, moderne studio, gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving, met enkel geluiden van het bos als omgevingsgeluiden. Het gedeelde zwembad is prachtig gelegen met een geweldig uitzicht. Een verblijf in de studio is echter niet aan te raden voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen en dit door het gebrek aan een keuken en voldoende leefruimte, maar wel ideaal om na een dagje uit in alle rust nog wat tv te kijken of nog wat tijd door te brengen op het ruime balkon, ook dit met een geweldig uitzicht. De studio is naar onze mening dus niet geschikt om hele dagen in door te brengen. Theresia reageerde heel snel op onze vragen en hoewel er aanvankelijk geen babybedje en stoel aanwezig waren en ik er niet in slaagde connectie te maken met de WiFi, heeft ze er wel voor gezorgd dat dit zo snel mogelijk opgelost werd. Het was verder ook heel aangenaam dat de auto onder een carport geplaatst kon worden gezien het noodweer. Winkels en restaurants op ongeveer 10 minuutjes rijden.

Wir waren das zweite Mal bei Peter und es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Unser Mex bekam eine Decke und Näpfe was uns freute. Wir vier Erwachsene genossen den Aufenthalt im Jakuzi und auch in der Wohnküche lachten wir viel weil der Aufenthalt wie zuhause ist einfach wunderbar bei Peter wir kommen gerne ein drittes mal.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Nikolaus für 1 Woche zu Gast. Wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles TOP! Unterkunft was super sauber, Nikolaus sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine vollste Empfehlung! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε μου προσδοκία και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου! Το διαμέρισμα είχε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμουν, ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και ασφαλές. Η περιοχή απίστευτη, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε τραμ, γεμάτη ζωή. Η Eva απίστευτα φιλική, απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως και με βοήθησε πολλές φορές, ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα. Θα το σύστηνα και θα επέστρεφα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!
