A small (45m2), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can comfortably reside here for two, but in case of doubt also fold out the sofa (110x200cm) and a mattress (80x200cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with dishes. There are outdoor blinds in the bedroom and living room, then it is pitch black for sleeping. When in doubt, just ask:)

Welcome to my cozy apartment in the 70s / minimalist style. It is perfectly located between Südvorstadt and Connewitz, quiet yet close to the Karli. The MDR stop is within easy reach and bus and tram run almost outside the door. From the balcony you have a view of the countryside. A projector with HDMI and a small dishwasher provide comfort. There is a cozy place with yoga possibility, not a high-gloss apartment. I look forward to your visit.
