The entire 55 m² two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and university hospital. The apartment is on the first floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet backside and has sun all day. The city center can be reached by tram (approx. 13 minutes) or on foot through the nearby Clara-Zetkin-Park. The tram stop is approx. 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also plenty of shops for everyday needs in the area. The property is GREAT for Leipzig visitors, solo travelers, couples and business travelers.
