Nice spacious single-family house in the heart of the city center of Voorschoten on the Voorstraat city center. The house is about 1 minute walking distance from the shopping street, supermarket and various restaurants. About a 5-minute walk from various bus stops and about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Around 30 minutes by car you are in Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Delft and Amsterdam and the beaches of Scheveningen, Wassenaar Noordwijk and Katwijk.

The room is very light. You've a beautiful sight on the garden. You've your own entrance. There is a sink in the room, a water cooker, a little electric cookingplate and a fridge. There is also a lovely bed, a desk and there is tv, free wifi and a nice couch. In the hallway you can find your own shower. There is a new bathroom which is ready in oktober 2024. Last week in August free! Our villa has been designed to be in touch with nature with a hint of modern architecture. It’s family-friendly and the moment you enter our one-way street it is as if you are in the countryside. However, you are only 10 minutes away from The Hague, beach and other hot spots. The villa is surrounded by a 1500 m2 garden with, multiple areas to sit, a fireplace area & a heated swimming pool (4.5 by 2.5 and 1.30 deep)

Our cozy hayloft cabins can accommodate 5 people, have a kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower. Enjoy the beautiful view in the polder and all the facilities nearby. Stompwijk is a small village, between the cities of Leiden, Zoetermeer and The Hague. Free parking on private property and public transportation is within walking distance. For children, there is a playground, and hiking and biking routes start from our location.

The bridge is now operated remotely, so the cottage lost its function. Now it has become a wonderful and beautiful place to enjoy life by the water.
