Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Leidschendam-Voorburg

We had a wonderful time at Maayke's house. We were there with a family friend and were able to fully enjoy the stay. Especially great for our daughter: the two dairies with access to the animals, the nearby lake and the sea. Getting around by bus and train was totally easy and like the times before, we were very excited about the infrastructure of the Netherlands. Thanks for the wonderful time and the easier and more personable communication with you, Maayke! Highly recommended.

We had a great holiday in Wassenaar. The area is great for cycling, walking, shopping, culture, spending days at the beach and eating out. There are so many things to do all within easy cycling range of the house that you will need more than a single holiday before running out of activities. Our car stayed put the entire holiday - we were thrilled by the co-operative style between motorists and cyclists as compared to the defensive/aggressive style here in Berlin. Let alone the general cycling infrastructure (paths, crossings, traffic lights, ...). The many beaches are easily reachable by bike and offer a great variety from lively with promenades to secluded and lonely. We loved the waves and the wind and cycling along the dunes. The house is very clean, spacious and luxurious in a secluded quiet neighbourhood with a large and beautiful garden. There is ample space for cooking, dining and sitting together. We had a great time and enjoyed it very much.

Our stay was fantastic! The home is beautiful and extremely well stocked with everything a person could need for cooking, cleaning, you name it! It is very comfortable! If you are looking for a house for your vacation, give this one a try! You will not be disappointed. It is worth it! Marjanne and Luc are gracious hosts and are very attentive to questions and needs.

Anna and Joost received us very well. They have a beautiful, charming and tastefully decorated home. We had a great time there. The outdoor courtyard is very nice for aperitifs or breakfast. A perfect place to stay and discover The Hague and its surroundings Delft, Leiden. We would highly recommend it.

I loved the kitties! The host was very responsive and the location was great! Extremely close to all bus lines and near central Leiden.

Laura and Marco were great hosts. They have a beautiful spacious house very close to the centre of Wassenaar and 15 mins bike to the beach. We had a great weekend and would definitely come back

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation exceeded all our expectations, it was even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, and nothing was missing. The host was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. She fulfilled all our wishes and made sure we felt completely comfortable. From the very first moment, we felt right at home and would have loved to stay longer. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, surrounded by lush greenery, flowers, and nature. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the quiet, and the presence of the animals (horses) around. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was also great, the bus connection worked perfectly for us. The bus stop was just an 8–10 minute walk away, and we easily took day trips to both The Hague and Noordwijk. Everything was smooth and convenient. A wholehearted recommendation and we would love to come back! :)

The house is in a great location. Close to a supermarket and tram stop with direct line to the sea and the city center. Quiet neighborhood. The house is a gem, decorated with great taste. The house is neat, the beds are fine and the kitchen is well equipped. The host is very easy to reach. Nice that you can also sit outside. Upon arrival we were well received. A bottle of wine and beautiful bouquet of peonies as a cherry on top. Recommended. The Bowie restaurant in the street was recommended and we had a wonderful meal there.

The location was perfect for us and accommodations clean, quiet and private. Beautiful town! Hope to return someday!

Dila was kind enough to receive me way before check in time to show me around! Very patient with questions and extremely responsive. Despite the disclaimer I was still surprised at the stairs, please note that it is narrow and steep! Solo travellers like myself struggled to get the luggage up and down but it was still manageable. The space itself made up for this very minor inconvenience, I had do qualms about it at all! Definitely would recommend to others, had all the needed facilities in such a cosy space. I’d consider to even return myself if I ever get the chance to!

Thanks to Anita for being a great host. She was very responsive to queries from booking until checkin. The house was exactly what was described in the website. The location is perfect for stay with the beach closeby. The commute was also excellent, given that the Tram stations was very close and walkable. We had absolutely no issues and had no reason to disturb the host. Thank you so much for helping with a comfortable stay throughout.

Great, cozy old school appartment, made us feel as citizens of Rotterdam at least for a few days. Danielle was very lovely and helpfull, welcomed us with wide smile at her face. Great location,close to Central Station,Metro,Super Market and few restaurants near by. Neighborhood seemed very calm and safe. Thumbs Up, Thanks Danielle🙂

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Perfect for Rotterdam AHOY and great communication

Joke & Marcs place was ideal for us as it was well designed for a couple like us. The setting was peaceful and we could sit out in the evening with a drink overlooking the river. Everything we needed was provided and J&M were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you wish to explore South Holland.

Really fantastic option located in a lovely area of Rotterdam. The apartment is spacious and really nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a few nights exploring The Hague, Delft and, of course, Rotterdam.

Great - the place is fantastic. It looks just as inviting as in the photos. We felt right at home Nadine was very friendly and always available. We will be happy to come back.

Super cute cottage in a great place! I felt right at home. On the cozy campsite you can rent bikes for free - by bike you can quickly get to the beach and easily explore the area. Toilets and showers were always clean. Cozy place, perfect for a little getaway! Would come back.

The place is so nice and large with a huge living area. You are in the countryside with farm animals and a colorful peacock. The hosts are lovely and friendly people always ready to satisfy the guest: on Sundays they prepare a great buffet for brunch and serve it in the garden. We loved the peace and calm of this place.

This garden hideaway was a perfect place to unwind and take walks to magical places nearby. After several days in various cities I was ready for a break. A nearby island with a beach can reach by a pedestrian bridge just past the little grocery store. An old forest preserve with long allees of towering trees leading to a manor house and gardens can be reached just up the road in the other direction. Other reviews mentioned the occasional sound of planes which I barely registered. The sounds of the city were replace by the sound of wind in the trees and of a neighborhood rooster in the morning which I liked. Marjolein and Anton were a sheer delignt. Take a break and stay here for a few days.

We liked the place very much and we would book again anytime! It is very modernly furnished and it was very clean! The highlight was the hot tub! When the hot tub is on, you can't hear the highway at all! On the other side of the property, the property is right next to the forest. We enjoyed the tranquility and the location right in nature very much! Yorick is an excellent host and responds very quickly!
