Sonos system installed. The house is situated closeby a gym (2mins), central station (6mins), the city centre (5mins), the beach (10mins) and Park (1mins). Amsterdam (45mins by train or car). Supermarkets / restaurants 2 minutes away. No groups allowed, only families (max. 5 pers). No parties or drugs.

Hello, thank you for looking at our house. If you are looking to stay in a big modern family house, look no further! Our home has everything you will need for a fantastic stay. From a 65 inch tv, to a whirpool bath and electric king size bed. Just soak up the sun (all day) in our big back yard with trampoline. Located on the edge of Zoetermeer near city centre, 10 minutes walk. You can go to the Hague in 15 minutes, Leiden 10 minutes, Rotterdam 25 minutes and Amsterdam in 35 minutes by car.

Ideaal gelegen: 7km afstand van het strand Er is een goede busverbinding en met de fiets ben je er in 30 min. 5 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum van Voorburg. 15 min fietsen naar het centrum van Den Haag. 20 min rijden naar Rotterdam, Delft en Leiden. 40 min rijden naar Amsterdam. Bus, tram en trein op loopafstand. Ideaal voor een fijne vakantie met kinderen. Zandbak, trampoline, speelgoed aanwezig en dichtbij speeltuinen en het strand.

A wonderfully light tastefully decorated house close to the beach, the dunes, close to The Hague and all to do by bike. The backyard is lovely to sit in. Large long living/dining room (12m long) with an open kitchen/ cooking island. Opening doors to a lovely and cozy garden. On the first floor 1x double bedroom with open bathroom with bath and rain shower. Also a small bedroom and a spacious play / study. On the second floor 2x bedrooms and bathroom

Beautiful house near the old town of Voorburg

You won’t find a better place to enjoy your visit to the Netherlands than my house. It’s located very strategic near public transport. Do you want to go to the center of The Hague? It’s 5 minutes walking to the tram, and 10 minutes in it. Rotterdam? Same 5 minutes and then 30 minutes in the tram. Cheaper than parking your car! Groceries are 3 minutes away at the roundabout (fresh vegetables, butcher, bakery, etc).

Han's apartment is stylishly decorated and provided everything we needed for both of us. There was really nothing missing – everything your heart desires was available. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful view directly on the small lake. The location of the apartment is excellent: you can reach the beach, mall or the city center in no time by car. Han himself is an extremely warm, helpful and kind host. He was available at all times and was available for any questions and concerns. We were particularly grateful for the detailed tour of the apartment, where he explained and showed us everything in detail. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend staying here!

We stayed two nights and it was the perfect location to explore Den Haag. We were able to use their bikes which was so convenient and that way, it only takes you 10min to get into the city. Both were very helpful, always responded fast and answered all our question, before & during our stay. They also gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants or things to do which were great. The place is very nice and feels very cosy and we felt welcomed right from the beginning!

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was incredibly helpful and very responsive. The place is in a great area, very close to lovely restaurants and the train station. The room is very private and has a lovely outside area. I really enjoyed my stay!

Overall I am very satisfied with the accommodation. I like that the check in and check out was contactless (all with an app) but was a bit sad when I saw dust in the bathroom and some weird hair in the bed and on the floor in the bathroom.Also a note: renting a bike is unreasonably expensive especially when you can rent it with ov chip for 5 eur per day!

Wonderful, spacious apartment with a lovely terrace! Arrived to a kitchen full of cooking ingredients, drinks, snacks and coffee pods. Very-very close to a supermarket, 8 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes to city center - perfect surroundings. Ruby was very helpful and communicative throughout, very simple checkout process. All-in-all a 10/10 stay for us!
