Me and my partner had an amazing night. Was clean, smart and defo worth the money we paid. I highly recommend and will be returning in the near future!

Would recommend. Lovely flat in a fantastic location. We had problems checking in as the door was locked. However, given 5 stars as the issue was dealt with quickly.

We only used Jane's apartment as a stopover and literally a bed for the night, but it was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything you needed and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Communication with Jane was prompt and polite. Thank you x

Very easy to check in and amazing host

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Naila was a great host, they accommodated to our needs of an early check in. House was clean and well presented. Beds were really comfy. Only downside was the stairs are quite steep to the bedrooms and the area was quite loud. Communication before and during our stay was brilliant and would stay again.

Be sure to verify access code and street address via the easy to use messaging system in advance. John was quick to respond and the place is what it advertises to be.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculately clean and very tastefully presented. Reece and Chloe had provided everything we needed. They are very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive, going the extra mile if needed. The location is great with lovely views and excellent walks/hikes. It's been a great stay. Wayne is very hospitable and great at helping us with info on sundries. Highly recommend especially if you want to watch Manchester City play game. Very central apartment both to the stadium and the city center .

Great room for the price paid, easy access to the city centre and amenities and a really nice room. Mahnoor was easy to contact and very helpful as a host. Would happily stay again

The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Spacious Very clean and smelt nice. Homely with well equipped kitchen. Tea/coffee/milk provided. Candles in the bathroom! Comfy beds and bedding. Excellent location, only a short 5 min walk to the tram. Hosts were excellent at communicating with us, and ensuring we had a smooth check in. Highly recommend.

Lovely spot a short walk across the Stray from Harrogate. Accommodating host. Parking in front of the buildings available every time we needed. Lovely neighbor who helped with suggestions on music enjoyment, insurance policies and waste processing. Highly Recommended.
