Michael was an excellent host. He was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The quiet area is close to Bonita Springs Beach (less than 5 minutes via car!) The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area. Thanks, Michael, for making our vacation great!

King Studio Explore SWFL Beach, Trails & Treasures

Great value for a simple stay! We stayed in Jessy’s studio while visiting our FGCU student. Location is within a few minutes drive to several stores and shopping centers. Convenient location to the college if your preference is to stay out of high priced hotels. We don’t spend much time in lodging when visiting our student as we’re spending as much time as we can with our kid! Would be a great location for FGCU move in/out when you’re busy all day and just need a comfortable, safe place to sleep. We didn’t use any appliances or fix meals but everything was there should we have wanted to. Space is just as described - a studio created under a stilt home. Didn’t see a single bug…which if you frequent south Florida often, you know is a victory of its own. Parking is off road which is important in San Carlos as the streets are tight. We had a little extra effort getting into the parking space but this was more due to the massive size of our rental, not the property.

Ana was a terrific hostess and her place is great. Excellent location and quiet neighborhood. Ana’s place was clean and comfortable and we really couldn’t ask for anything else. Backyard was fully fenced and private…just wonderful for our dog. If we are in the area again we will certainly re-book this house if it’s available.

We loved every second of our stay. Especially the juccuzi tub. The house is big, beautiful, comfy and cozy. The best airbnb we've stayed in. Everything you need and want, just book it yall, it was absolutely worth it.

Alexandra was a phenomenal host! Very responsive, very accommodating. Beautiful home, easy check in. Alexandra even let us check out a bit later! If you are looking for an easy relaxing getaway I would highly recommend this host! Definitely will try to book again in the future.

Leodel’s place was great! 🏡 Essy to find and very local to many supermarkets and restaurants as welll as play areas for kids (right down the road) The house itself was very clean, as soon as we walked inside, it was noticeable that they had done a great job. There’s minis shampoo,, cositioner, body wash and soap in case go get you through the first few days. Lots of appliances as well! The pool itself was also great, not large, but very nice size and very warm. The outside has plenty of seating along with a lathe outside umbrella and 2 BBQ 🍗. Leonel was also very responsive and helpful all the time! We look forward to stay here again! 😊 Highly recommended!
