Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Auerberghauses oberhalb von Lechbruck. Das Haus umgibt ein herrlicher Garten mit kleinem Teich, der den Gästen nach Absprache zur ruhigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Hunde bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Im 1. Stock des Hauses vermieten wir zusätzlich vier DZ/Bad/Frühstück und Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsküche. Lechbruck ist ein touristischer Geheimtipp, ideal zum Wandern, Radeln, nur 20 Minuten von Füssen und den Königsschlössern entfernt.

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Blockhütte in den Bayerischen Alpen. Wir haben dieses Blockhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, da dies unser Beruf ist. Das Blockhaus befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Zimmerei und kleiner Landwirtschaft und befindet sich mitten im Dorf, Achtung nicht auf einem Berg oder auf einen Alm. Das Dorf lebt! Von ihrem Fenster aus können Sie gelegentlich beobachten, wie ein neues Blockhaus vorbereitet wird. Hier erleben Sie das Landleben hautnah!
