I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay! Nichole was incredibly prompt and responsive, which made everything smooth and easy. Her home was absolutely beautiful—full of thoughtful details and style that gave me so much interior design inspiration. It was a relaxing and inspiring space to spend time in. Ashley is a fantastic host. She is super responsive and even reaches out proactively to make sure everything is going smoothly. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. We’ve stayed in this little strip of condos several times over the years and were so happy to find one still available. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The appliances are full sized and in a spacious kitchen. There are plenty of spices, plates, glasses, cookware and knives. There are also full sized toiletries in case you’ve forgotten your own. There’s an iron and ironing board as well as full sized mirror, all of which make getting ready a breeze. The unit is in a fun area of town with great restaurants and art galleries all around. One of our favorite restaurants, Ragazza, is directly below the unit. The food is phenomenal and the folks working there make you feel like family. The area of town is within 20 minutes of everything. Downtown, suburbs, wherever. Reserved parking too! We will be back!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was super easy to find, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to so many great restaurants, cafes, and interesting spots to explore. Whether we were walking around or taking a quick ride, everything we needed was nearby. The host was equally fantastic—very communicative and incredibly responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our family loved the location being so close to restaurants and the Convention Center, and the extra space and comfort of an apartment.

We loved Nicholas’s place! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and he was super responsive any time we messaged him.

Kelli's upstairs space was beautiful. I loved her attention to details in the space from the original raw wood floors to the fixtures on the clawfoot bathtub and antique vanity sink. The AC unit was perfect for a blast of cool air and the massive king bed was extremely comfortable with it's linen coverings and real dense feather pillows. It was perfect for a quick stay passing through Kansas City.

Great place and even better communication and responsiveness. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling well and Rob solved the problem within 2 hours.

This is a great spot, wonderful accommodations, walkable to great food and drink. Can walk to the river and the farmers market. Would stay again!

Kimmie place was very lovely and an amazing size for one person she was very responsive and helpful and even had drinks in the fridge. Would definitely visit again

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

Great place that's pet friendly. The apartment was as described with everything we needed. There are neighbors but we never heard a peep from them; very quiet and respectful. Some of the neighbors do seem to be lacking adequate storage as their belongings are being stored outside causing some clutter around the building, but it was no problem and everyone was extremely friendly. We had a great stay with an easy check-in and enjoyed being left alone to relax and visit with friends & family. We hope to be back to Kansas City again soon, and will be looking forward to booking with this host again!!

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!

This is a great place for a vacation. The location is super convenient to great dining options, the grocery store is right across the street, and multiple museums are super close. I really enjoyed the stay. The flat was very clean and the pictures are a great representation of the space. I loved sitting on both the front and back porches and enjoying the fresh air. Communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thanks guys!

Really nice place for a few week’s stay. Quiet, clean, lots of room. Nice design choices. A block from Whole Foods, coffee shop, walking trail. Very short drive (or walk) to park and loads of restaurants and shops.

ONE BIG REGRET... is not having stayed long enough to appreciate everything inside the unit!!!!! Clean, BEAUTIFUL and so interesting. I believe there is a working tv in the living room but we did not even notice! We were in Kansas for a college graduation. Our children range from teenager-young adult. Our nights were spent in the living room sipping tea, playing the piano, enjoying the history books and just admiring EVERYTHING around. We learned a lot from Leavenworth alone. It is incredibly decorated and we all enjoyed every detail. Debra left lights on because we arrived late. She really puts so much into every detail. Our family enjoyed our daughter's graduation but we all looked forward to getting back to the unit every night. The area is quiet and there are coffee houses and restaurants within a walking distance. Our family would LOVE to go back again.
