Everything is just as described, we had an amazing stay at this cozy little spot! My partner and I absolutely loved the unique van experience—without needing to drive it. The surroundings were quaint and peaceful, and waking up to sheep right outside was surreal. Phillip was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, even helping us set up the firewood for the pizza oven, which made for such a memorable evening. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a charming, off-the-beaten-path getaway!

We had a lovely long weekend here with everything we needed. The home is well located for exploring the area. Mary was really helpful with providing lots of great local recommendations and she got back to me quickly when I had questions. Would visit again and definitely recommend!

From our welcome, which included home made scones and a fresh pot of tea served to the accommodation, we were made to feel at home. Very helpful and easy to talk to!! Some great suggestions as far as places to eat out and where to buy locally made and sourced foods. We’ll definitely revisit to this corner of The Lakes again. Wish we’d booked another night!!

Ideally situated for the southern Lakes. We stayed for eight nights as a family of four and was the perfect base. Pub is a fovr minute walk, fantastic walks from the front door and easily accessible for Windermere, Beatrix Potter’s house and plenty more. We would have no hesitation in recommending and would happily stay again.
