Cottage vacation rentals in Le Vast

The stay at Magali's was perfect. On vacation with our 3 children under 10 years old, we were looking for proximity to the sea, but also a beautiful house so that we could also stay quiet on some days. There were plenty of games and a Jacuzzi that made the whole family happy! We could reach incredible beaches in 5 minutes and do very nice bike tours! We recommend this house! (just be aware: there are no shutters in the bedrooms, only non-blackout curtains)

We had a great weekend at Virginia's place, the kids enjoyed nature, we were able to fish and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, Thanks, we'll be back with pleasure.

Agnes was very attentive and responsive to my requests. She was kind and courteous. Its accommodation is conveniently located to radiate on the coast, between St Vaast and St mère l'église.

Warm welcome with special touches. Very well-equipped and beautifully decorated house. The garden is beautiful and very pleasant. We were happy to return in the evening to the quiet of the countryside after busy days of visits. The house is very well placed to alternate visits to the landing beaches and museums and walks in the Cotentin . Shops are located 4km away in the town of Holy Mother Church.

We came as a family for Christmas Eve. We loved both the house and the surrounding area. The house is very nice, nicely decorated, and very well-equipped. Olivier thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable (tourist information, board games, outdoor games, reading...). The cottage is well above the services provided by hospitality professionals. We also appreciate his responsiveness in our exchanges, his advice on places to visit and his special touches. Our children and we had a wonderful stay. Is there a higher category than Superhost???

We had a great family holiday at La Reverie. The pool was perfect and the hot tub an added bonus. The Gite is located a 10 minute drive from the lovely beach at Gouville-sur-Mer and further equally beautiful beaches are nearby. The pastries from the Boulangerie made the perfect breakfast and James’ recommendations for places to eat were excellent. The Gite is comfy with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen though an instruction manual is needed, which we understood James is in the process of compiling.

We had a lovely time at Emma's place. The place is wonderfully quiet, beautiful private garden. The hot tub was great for the kids. From the room you can enjoy a magnificent view of the landscape and the sea. On the first evening, a deer walked through the grassland. Nearby, there is much to do, beautiful beaches and historically a special area. We plan to be returned. Emma and Paul are very helpful and kind, recommended!

I'm not saying how much I liked it, because I wish I could go back. A beautiful month of May, sunny, windy, peninsula with beautiful coasts. I would gladly go back for 5° more to enjoy the garden more. and to check that all the birds are still there!

We had a great weekend at Julie's. The house is charming and pleasant. The garden is beautifully maintained and offers a beautiful view from the veranda. The place is quiet and peaceful, the beach is close (walking distance). I recommend!:)

Daniel had given clear instructions on where the key was. But he was home himself when we arrived. Daniel was friendly, the house beautiful and a very nice garden with BBQ. Upon arrival, Daniel had prepared delicious things for us. A good reception. Wonderful that everyone had their own bathroom.

We have enjoyed our stay at the holiday home of Melanie&Sylvain. The house is cosy and well equipped. During our stay the weather was amazing so we spent most of the time outside in the beautiful private garden with grass for the kids to play and comfortable furniture to relax. The barbecue was well used. The beach was a short walk through the dunes. During low tide there were tide pools on the beach which were amazing for the kids. Melanie was very accommodating and pro-active. Highly recommended!

Fabienne's apartment was absolutely perfect – clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Fabienne is an extremely warm and courteous host who was always available for questions or concerns. The location of the accommodation was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt completely comfortable. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this apartment!

The house was spotless, functional and warm. Everything is neat and optimized and perfectly as described. Check-in is easy and flexible with the key box, and there were nice little touches. We came with a dog and the walled garden is very safe. The environment of the house is beautiful with the beach and the dunes that are reachable on foot. And the area is a gem to discover. A binder in the cottage offers many addresses and places to discover. The checkout went very well, Charline is a really professional and very friendly host. We'll be back!!

A bucolic week in a real small gatehouse! Two greenways at your doorstep for easy walks - flowers, trees, birdsong - with a very convenient dog. Private garden and total independence with a much appreciated comfort in the house, renovated with care and quality materials. Alice is available and very pleasant. Great week. Thank you 🤩

Very quiet and relaxing countryside home, if you don’t mind the church bells, next door, tolling every hours and half hours. The house has been renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The hot water capacity is adequate (the majority of homes in France we stayed at allows for warm shower enough for one person, not this one) Régine is very sweet and quite accommodating. We felt at home, the moment we arrived at her property. Thank you Régine for sharing your gut with us.

Such a lovely place to stay. Ideal for exploring the Island and great walks from the door. Easy walk to St John and local pubs. Short walk to Bonne Nuit Bay and excellent café. Very comfortable accommodation, especially the beds. Perfect for our stay.

Incredible views. Very nice place!

We had a nice relaxing stay at the gite. It is quite remote and not walkable to any restaurants or amenities. But it’s an easy drive to Omaha Beach, Bayeux, Utah Beach and Saint Mere Eglise so a great location for exploring Normandy. We enjoyed our visit to Normandy and loved sitting on the deck in the morning sunlight before our day.

Lovely place and easy access to the beautiful beach. Nice house, peaceful atmosphere. Definitely recommend and look forward to go back again.

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's place. The accommodation is well arranged and functional, the terraces and garden are very nice. The dunes of Hattainville and the beach are within walking distance, other points of interest are also within driving distance.

A beautiful place in the middle of Jersey’s countryside. Really peaceful and comfortable. The house is pretty marrying barn like features and modern amenities. A great stay that we would gladly rent again.
