We had a lovely and relaxing time at Yvan and Peter’s place. It is an ultra peaceful and quiet escape. It’s located high above Nice and offers beautiful views of the Med. The nearest grocery store is about four miles away, Hypermarché Auchan in La Trinité, and it is massive. Just two blocks from the market is a terrific Italian restaurant, Accossato, with some of the best pizza you’ll ever find. This place is a great location for exploring this part of Provence. While driving up to the house, don’t be intimidated by the hairpin turns and switchbacks. Just drive slowly. The kitchen was well appointed and the water pressure is terrific. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but that is a nice feature. Internet speed was impressive, allowing us to get a lot of business done on our working holiday. Yvan & Peter are gracious hosts. Be sure to study all the photos & instructions they send you. The remote for the gate is on the keychain they leave in the house. Perfect stay Merci

The accommodation was exactly as described and they adhered to my special request for strong perfume smells to be avoided and it was very much appreciated. I would return without hesitation and I recommend it for a single person or couple because it's small but very functional.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

The place was at a great spot in down town Nice. It was right on one of the main streets, but the room itself you couldn’t hear any of the noises from outside. Place was also five minutes walk from the main train station and about a 15 minute walk from all the beaches in Nice so it was perfect.

Didier's studio is quietly located and offers a beautiful view of the water. The space is very comfortable and very well maintained. Didier and the concierge Guy were very communicative, helpful and always responded quickly. Everything was explained correctly and clearly. The perfect studio for a stay from the center of Cannes, with a beautiful view of the bay. Price-quality very correct. I'll be back.

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

The condo was was well appointed with kitchen utensils to prepare a meal if desired. Great location w parking. I was able to extend our original booking twice which was quite helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Excellent stay in this very pleasant house to live in and with a magnificent view, including from inside the house. The house is as described and very well-equipped (including products for cooking or cleaning). Although we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Michael, the exchanges were very pleasant. We felt welcome with our pets and it's very nice. Possibility of walks from the house.

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very useful. Everything was perfect, both the hospitality and the accommodation. Thanks

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. For a couple and children, it has enough space, but probably too little for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them over the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WiFi have nothing

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Wow, what a lovely stay my family and I had. We was in the area due to my little brother getting married and Thi's home was perfect for us. It was 8 mins from the wedding location, a 2 min drive to the local store and 10 mins to the local town We had 10 adults and 5 children. Adults ranged from 30 to 65 and Children ranged from 18 months to 11 years old and we all had a lovely time. The dorm was perfect for the kids with lots of toys to play with, my daughter had a field day with everything. The beds were comfy. The rooms were good size and the suite was gorgeous. There was a gym under the suite room. Even though there was lots of there you didn't feel like you were on top of each other as there was lots of places to chill out and relax if you needed your own time The trampoline was a great touch for the kids too The hosts were accommodating and friendly and no question was to silly to ask We have all said we would come back with no hesitation You will not be disappointed :o)
