We had such an amazing time at Benita’s secret house! It was absolutely full of charm and character and exceeded our expectations on every level. It is rare you find a place that is better than the pictures and that is true of this private sanctuary. Benita was delightful to meet, responsive to every inquiry, and provided amazing suggestions on activities and places to visit that made it an outstanding experience. Au revoir Secret House. You introduced us to the French countryside in the best way possible.

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

We had a great stay. Véronique is a wonderful host and takes care of everything. The view from the cottage and the pool is breathtaking! Exploring the region with a car is highly recommended and there are a few good spots to dine close by (driving distance). The cottage is optimal for day trips to for example Cannes or Antibes, but depending on traffic plan in some additional time. Overall we highly recommend the place.

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

A wonderful place to stay. Most notable were the incredible views, the outdoor facilities (swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, pétanque), the well-maintained garden areas, and the well-equipped kitchen and living areas. Easy check-in/out process, and Valerie was very responsive throughout the stay. A special place that we would not hesitate to return to.

The villa exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, with great views and a private swimming pool. What truly made the experience special was Julie herself. She was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and gave us some truly helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. We were a group of six, including two toddlers, and every one of us had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for families, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious villa in Colle-sur-loup, that is 45 minutes away from Nice, Cannes, Monaco — look no further. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

We spent 4 very pleasant, quiet days in this large house surrounded by nature. The house is very well-equipped and the spaces are very user-friendly. There's so much to see and do all around that we'll have to come back...

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa with a splendid view and where there is everything you need to have a good time. I recommend it!

Sophie is a wonderfully helpful and friendly lady and keeps this property very well maintained. The gardens and the heated swimming pool are very well presented , pleasant to spend time in with three different external sitting areas all furnished with lovely quality furniture. Internally the house has a large open plan kitchen, dinning and living area all tastefully furnished with many personal touches.

Very clean, well-equipped, refurbished studio. Easy to open and very comfortable sofa bed. Provision of a Malongo coffee maker with 10 pods and a filter coffee maker with coffee and sugar. Large fridge with small freezer. All very convenient. Shower room with a walk-in shower. Car parking in front of the front door. Automatic gate. Warm welcome from Serge and Jennifer, a discreet couple, very responsive and always available for their guests. Rental with beautiful views, very quiet, ideal for relaxing. Address to keep in mind.

We enjoyed the availability of our hosts and the kindness (a small touch that particularly touched me, the roses placed for us in the living room and particularly fragrant) We had a pleasant, quiet stay lulled by birdsong. Ideal rental for a couple. Convenient and quiet, just away from the world but not too far from the beaches or the hinterland, we enjoyed the 9 days spent. The + is of course the pool reserved for us (very nice to start the day in the sun). Christian and Marie were very attentive to our requests and helped us discover their beautiful region.
