A former longhouse renovated in 2022, this cottage welcomes you in a green, comfortable and quiet setting. Ideally located: close to the village and shops, 20 minutes from the center of Nantes and 40 minutes from La Baule and Guérande by car (There is also a train station in the village that serves Nantes and La Baule). The accommodation has an open kitchen overlooking a beautiful living room with a wood burning stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The gite can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

You will love the charm and elegance of this magnificent 19th-century mansion, enjoying its beautiful walled garden, landscaped and shaded by remarkable trees. It is located in the heart of the village of Temple de Bretagne, in a strategic location (20 min from Nantes, 30 min from Saint-Nazaire and the beaches). Large spaces therefore divided between the living rooms on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 2nd floor. Ideal for family or friendly gatherings but parties are forbidden

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
