The house offers minimalist comfort (does not include sheets or towels): 2 bedrooms, one of which is a dormitory, 1 shower, 2 toilets, fireplace, functional kitchen and terrace. All shops (Saugues) 15 min. Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, Allier beaches (supervised in Prades), white water sports, fishing, Seuges gorges, Saint Jacques path, Margeride plateau, Puy-en-Velay town. 350 m2, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets. In the heart of the Ardèche countryside (no cars), our large country house (15 people) is made for families, friends or seminars. Well heated and equipped with large kitchen, 2 fridges/freezer, laundry room for groceries. Ideal for relaxing and full of activities on site: Nordic bath, sauna, brazier, BBQ, petanque, games room (table tennis, foosball, darts) and walks. Close to Peaugres and the gourmet village of St Bonnet le Froid.

Gîte in the Livradois park accommodates 2 to 4 people in a green and quiet setting. Its location will allow you, according to your desires: to hike on site on foot or by bike, fishing,… it is 15 minutes from Ambert. This house combines stone and wood to bring you maximum comfort. Fully equipped cottage; Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 110 1 ensuite bathroom with shower cabin and toilet.
