What a wonderful break from the loud, crowded, busy cities. A picturesque view from every window. The bed was the most comfortable one of our whole trip. We loved the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Monica went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I wish we could have stayed longer, but there is always next time. Already looking at my calendar for a longer stay in 2026.

Beautiful rustic stone of the Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, which pleasantly helps to regain the slower rhythms that belonged to us in the recent past. After just one day spent in this corner of paradise, enlivened by the birdsong and the flowing waters of the nearby stream, we perceive the hectic days we experience daily in our cities as a distant, almost unreal memory. We spent beautiful evenings dining outdoors, unable to resist the temptation to light the fireplace in the garden to delight our palate. We are sure that our Kobe dog will also remember these vacation days with great pleasure and especially the moments spent in the cool waters of the stream. We can't help but dedicate a thought to Luana and Cristian, wonderful people with a dream in their hearts to enrich the quality of their daily lives in this beautiful place.

Rosaeugenia and her husband were simply the most fantastic hosts you could hope for. Extremely friendly, generous and just lovely people. We stayed for a week to get peaceful rest and the location was perfect. The host's home is right beside the holiday accommodation but our privacy was always respected. The lovely pool was a blessing on the hot days. No air conditioning but it simply wasn't needed even on 38 degree days as the building has thick stone walls and always kept nice and cool.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Excellent newly built apartment, very well-kept in every detail, set in a crowded residential context, despite this extremely quiet (we stayed for New Year's Eve). Accommodation equipped with all amenities and accessories, including a very large garage to park the car comfortably. It is close to Sestola and other popular ski resorts. Very kind, communicative and prompt host. We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this apartment and the host to anyone looking for a spacious, well-kept place that makes you feel at home.

The apartment was very nice, myself especially apreciate the good seating arrangement, and the good bed, but also the garden, kitchen and location was very good, it was all good actually, and we had a great time in beautifull Lucca. And thanks to Manuel who did a great Job to accomodate us when we arrived, and also checked in on us to make sure we were okay

The stay was amazing. When arriving we were greeted with a home baked cake which was great. The view from the house is like a dream, it is beautiful. The instructions were clear and the space was light, open and worked well. The bed could be turned so when you want to watch tv it’s easy to do so, but honestly, just watching to the view is enough. We could use the jacuzzi, and during the first nights there were no other guest so it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, had great recommendations for the area. Good to know that the location is really in the country side so it takes a bit to get anywhere but that was no problem because the place has the view it has. We felt really welcome and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you!

I stayed at this B&B for two days and had a great time. The property is well-kept, clean and cozy, with a pleasant environment and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was fabulous and prepared with fresh and quality products, a real pleasure to start the day like this. A strong point is definitely the hospitality: the owners are very kind, helpful and always ready to give useful advice on what to visit in the surroundings. I felt at home from the start. Perfect location in a peaceful setting. We will definitely be back, thank you!!
