A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, well-insulated, close to a shopping mall. The hosts were there for any requests. Excellent heating, extra towels as well as the blanket. Large TV with several apps for entertainment.

Pierre was lovely!! Secure location with plenty of room to accommodate vehicles, we were a little more than expected it was not a problem. The accommodation is very cozy, the bedding is comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, small stove for conviviality... perfect! The stone house is on the same property but our host was very discreet and fully respected our privacy. The property and garden are very large and conducive to privacy. In short, a very pleasant time, we highly recommend it!!

Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

Between a day in the sandy sea and a day at Asterix Park, the accommodation gave us the space and comfort needed for a night for a family of 5. The bedding was good, and the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the lovely garden. We were very well welcomed

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

Patricia was a great host , checking in with us and being very helpful with any questions. The flat was bijou but very well equipped with incredibly comfortable beds! Location was perfect , close to metro and the lovely bars and eateries of the Marais. Thank you Patricia !

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Pascal and Laetitia are amazing hosts, offering a warm and welcoming experience. They took care of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to hospitality and availability are remarkable, always ready to give helpful tips and make sure everything goes smoothly. Great stay. The apartment is well located with lots of shops and places to eat nearby and close to multiple different metro lines. All the beds are very comfortable and it's a true Parisian experience in a Haussman style apartment with a courtyard. The hosts we're very responsive, let us store our luggage at checkout, and genuinely cared to make our stay enjoyable.

This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

we stayed at Charlotte's place as a family of four and had a great time. The apartment was very handy for us as we arrived in the evening on the Eurostar so wanted somewhere quite accessible with two younger kids (8, 10) and it was only a 5 minute walk amd getting access was really easy. The apartment was well sized for us all and had everything you would need for a short stay. It's a lived in family apartment which suited us perfectly but if that isn't your thing might not be the place for you. There is an amazing bakery just next to the apartment where we got our breakfast from every morning and a great restaurant (Casimir) just next door too. Easy access to a number of metro lines and a 15 min walk up to Montmartre. Overall a cracking place, in a good location for a stay in Paris. Would recommend!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Good location to visit Paris. the apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and also nice coffee was available. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The nearest metro was within walking distance and in 20 to 25 minutes you can reach the center of the city. Elena was really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located next to the RER A. For 2 people it's fine. For 3 or 4 people it's a little fair since you have to unfold the sofa in the living room and there is a window without a shutter so the day enters the room.

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Good stay although the location of central Paris the means of transport is varied and easy to access. New and modern and very pleasant facilities serve the Tourist for their basic needs

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!
