Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal

Excellent location as you can spend lots of time exploring nearby surroundings and the metro is quite close. Was plenty of space for 3 people to stay.

Excellent place to stay for a visit to Montreal. Apartment was clean, quiet and all the amenities needed for a stay in the city. Lots of restaurants near by and easy access to the metro made this a 5-star place to stay for our visit to Montreal. Highly recommended!

We got so lucky with this beautiful Air BnB. Cosy and clean little house in a fantastic location. Walking distance to great nearby restaurants and bar, yet a good 10 min walk away from the more busy Saint Laurent street. A big shoutout to the restaurant Cup Mtl which is round the corner from the apartment - perfect pub and restaurant atmosphere with great food. Benoit is a fantastic host! Super friendly and very proactive with communication, always responding to my messages. He even went out of his way to look up bus timings and schedules for our day trip. We had booked one of his apartments for only 4 nights and needed an extra night due to changes to travel plans. He promptly organised for us to move to his second apartment and was so generous about it too. We highly recommend Benoit and his place!

Appartement super bien situé : nombreux bars, restaurants, divers commerces à proximité. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à 1 mn à pied. Station de métro à 10 mn à pied. À 2 stations du Vieux Montréal. Bel environnement et quartier paisible, calme et où on se sent en sécurité. Le logement est spacieux, super bien équipé, propre, bien décoré. La literie est très confortable. J'ai beau cherché, je ne trouve aucun point négatif. Vous pouvez réserver cet appartement les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu. Et croyez-moi, je suis difficile à pleinement contenter. Merci à Alex et à Justin.

This apartment was a perfect home base for our family trip to Montreal. The location is ideal, right between two metro stations and in a neighbourhood with tons of amazing cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops etc. We barely left the neighbourhood there was so much to do for every member of our party (aged 10-80), including the Comic Book Festival right outside our door. Although on a main street, the apartment was pretty quiet although it is an older building so you will hear your neighbours a bit, especially from upstairs. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and included kitchen basics, bathroom supplies etc. As others have said, you get a hotel like experience in terms of amenities. Sekaya very quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had, and although a problem with the bathroom fan couldn't be solved during our stay, he tried as best as he could to solve the issue. We will definitely try to stay here again on future trips to Montreal/the Plateau!

We enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay at Sandie’s apartment. It’s clean, well-supplied and surrounded by tons of restaurants and close to buses and metro Mont-Royal. Personal and friendly, Sandie and Marianella are both very accommodating and helpful with personal touches. Staying at Sandie’s and meeting her is like visiting and seeing a long lost friend. We appreciated our multiple short conversations. Good energy, good vibes, best host ever. Thank you!

Perfectly situated in between all the bars/restaurants and trendy boutiques, this space definitely has the feel good VIBES. Cool jazz, comfort food, and city skyline views! This one ticked all the boxes 😎

Fantastic location !! This place was close to 2 metro stations making it so easy to get around, super close to Mont Royal street and Saint Viateur bagels (so delish!!) and many amazing restaurants. The place is spotless, beautiful kitchen, washer&dryer and two full bathrooms. Host was quick to respond when dishwashing detergent was missing. They dropped it right off the very next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved Sam's place! The location is great and guest will love walking a block to the prime time. The building is super cool and you will love staying there. It looks like there is a bit of a slow renovation occurring there and I'd love to revisit in a couple years when it is finished! We walked to dinner each night, walked a little more to find deserts (mango sorbet at Mlle Catherine's won the prize), enjoyed the waterfront, walked to the cathedral, etc. It was a delightful stay!

Logement génial, calme et bien rangé. Il est très accueillant pour se reposer et bien place pour aller au ski, Proche de Montréal mais dans les bouchons.

Beaucoup d’attentions préparées avant notre arrivée, dont la température de l’appartement, un jour d’arrivée avec chaleur. Des produits alimentaires de base mis à disposition.

Notre séjour dans ce chouette appartement s'est parfaitement bien déroulée. Notre hôte s'est rendue disponible quand nous en avions besoin et est très arrangeante. Le logement répondait en tout point à nos souhaits tant en équipement qu'en propreté. Il était en plus bien décoré. Encore merci pour ce jolie pied à terre pour visiter Montréal paisiblement. En effet le métro à proximité est un vrai plus.

Nous passé un agréable séjour chez Irma qui a été très arrangeante. Le logement était propre et conforme à la description, rien à redire ! Merci encore !

We’re so happy we found Mari’s place it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Mari was a great host and the property amazing. Great restaurants, bakeries, meat shops and pharmacies seconds away. I hope we can make it back. 10/10

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

This apartment is in a great location for exploring one on Montreal’s great neighbourhoods and enjoying a wide selection of nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. It was surprisingly quiet, well-appointed and comfortable, with easy access to affordable paid parking. The host was very responsive and dealt with a maintenance issue efficiently. I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean, fully equipped, and everything was in excellent condition. The location is also great — there are plenty of fantastic cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a short distance to downtown and the old city. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space felt cozy and welcoming. Everything was just perfect!

We LOVED our stay @ Eminé's place! Fully enjoying the place required a bit of confidence & ingenuity but Eminé was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We look forward to coming back. Bonus! The pictures don't do the decor justice/aren't up-to-date. As of May '25 the place was much posher.

Appartement très confortable et idéalement placé. Il permet de profiter facilement Montreal tout en étant au calme. Petit point de vigilance pour les européens : les rideaux ne sont pas totalement occultant, c’est normal au Canada mais peut être surprenant ! Je recommande très fortement !

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.
