Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

Great place, quiet and clutter-free. It is very welcoming to rest and well placed to go skiing, Close to Montreal but in traffic jams.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

I had a great stay at Nabil’s place! The location was convenient and the space was clean and cozy. Although there was a bit of heat during my visit, Nabil was very responsive and promptly followed up with updates and a solution. I really appreciated the clear communication and care. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Pierre-Michel has a lovely home. It was just what we needed for our family stay. Close enough to visit Montréal and then come relax outside of the city. The pool was a delight.

In a quiet side street off the busy, pedestrian-only Rue Mont-Royal with its many venues, and only five minutes away from the next subway station, this apartment is perfectly situated to discover the city. It consists of the ground floor of one of the typical picturesque buildings that make the characteristic look of the plateau and is not just an apartment, but part of an actual home. The spacious kitchen with all the bells and whistles and the separated living room with its comfy leather furniture let us endure the odd rainy day, with enough room for small kids to play, and, provided you can read French, many shelves packed with literature. The roomy kitchen with its large table opens into the enclosed backyard. Shaded by enormous maple trees, having dinner outside was a joy, the sweltering heat of the summer was bearable and the kids had a safe space to play. We felt very welcome and would always come again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Brad and Dani's place! This Airbnb was fully stocked, clean and equipped with everything we needed. My family and I were more than comfortable it felt like we were at home. We enjoyed all the sightseeing and being able to get places whether public transit or walking distance. It was a great location, we were close to all amenities restaurants, grocery store, Biodome, Notre Dame basilica, public transit, and more. Brad and Dani are amazing hosts seeing to it that my family and I were all settled in and had everything we needed. There were no issues with contacting and communicating with Brad and Dani they are very nice, friendly and supportive hosts. We had no issues during our stay and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, quiet and safe, but still close to everything I needed. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. We loved the stay at Victoria’s place. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable! Rooms Looked just as described in the photos and kitchen had everything that we needed! I especially loved having a baby high chair to feed my little one! I absolutely enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

We loved Alex and Justin’s apartment! Great location - tons of restaurants and shopping all around. Easy access to Metro station. The photos are really accurate, lots of great amenities - everything you need at a home away from home. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Montreal. There were a few reviews that mentioned noise from neighbours but we hardly noticed it - I wouldn’t worry about it! There is great underground parking at a hotel nearby. We left our car there for our stay. Easy peasy! We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great place and location.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

This was our second stay at this apartment. Fantastic location, great parking. Everything was as described, and the massive outdoor space was perfect for soaking up some sun. Would stay again next time we are in Montreal. Thanks!

Easy checkin and out. Lots of free underground parking and free L2 EV charging was a fantastic bonus Easy access to two Metro Lines and an easy walk to Old Montreal, the waterfront and a number of other attractions. Fantastic host. Rapid response and proactive with respect to ensuring our stay was problem free. GREAT!

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.

Perfect place for me and the family to stay while visiting Montreal! Lots of nice parks nearby for the kiddo, and close to the metro for quick trips into other parts of the city. Jeremy’s place is away from the hustle and bustle, and you can tell those who live in this neighborhood value their community. Great vibes all around! I was especially grateful for the powerful AC when arriving in 90 degree heat. Great trip!

The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. Renee and Juan were extremely responsive and provided us with helpful suggestions. The neighborhood was convenient and very quiet. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck for our coffee in the morning and a cocktail before dinner. We hope to come back soon!
