Excellent location as you can spend lots of time exploring nearby surroundings and the metro is quite close. Was plenty of space for 3 people to stay.

Great value for money! Just a 2-minute walk to the metro that takes you directly to the center, bus stop at the foot of the building which makes getting around very easy. The neighborhood is lively, traveling alone, I did not feel unsafe, no matter the time. In terms of equipment, you'll have everything you need. You can hear the traffic slightly at night but it doesn't have much impact on comfort. On the other hand, the curtains do not hide the light at all so you will be woken up very early if you do not have a sleep mask. I highly recommend this apartment!

We got so lucky with this beautiful Air BnB. Cosy and clean little house in a fantastic location. Walking distance to great nearby restaurants and bar, yet a good 10 min walk away from the more busy Saint Laurent street. A big shoutout to the restaurant Cup Mtl which is round the corner from the apartment - perfect pub and restaurant atmosphere with great food. Benoit is a fantastic host! Super friendly and very proactive with communication, always responding to my messages. He even went out of his way to look up bus timings and schedules for our day trip. We had booked one of his apartments for only 4 nights and needed an extra night due to changes to travel plans. He promptly organised for us to move to his second apartment and was so generous about it too. We highly recommend Benoit and his place!

We just finished a great 21-day stay. The apartment is clean, impeccable, the kitchen well-equipped with cutlery, pans and pots. The large gallery is an asset, it is well placed and oriented to have a view of the activity of the M-R street, without being disturbed by the noise. The place is well located, perfect for enjoying the advantages of the Plateau. We had a problem with the fridge and a few minutes after our call, a technician showed up and fixed the problem. The LiveMTL team is friendly, attentive, very efficient and quickly responsive. With pleasure, we recommend the apartment. Guy

Great stay! The place was cozy and very clean. Also, close to lots of food spots. While we had everything we needed, the host was friendly and proactive and checked up on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Luckily, we found parking easily nearby but if you have a car, I would suggest looking into parking options ahead of your stay to lessen frustration. There’s street parking (though in busier months it might be harder to find a spot) but we found it a bit cheaper to park in a lot near-by. Overall, awesome place, would definitely stay with them again!

Miriam’s place was advertised and more. I am an Airbnb super host so it’s a real pleasure to stay in place that is exactly as it supposed to be. . The location was the best and Miriam was terrific as a host . We needed to stay an extra day and she responded immediately with an extension for us . I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Montreal.

This place is an excellent spot to stay in Montreal. You’re not in the busy touristy area which gives you a feel for the city in I Its neighborhoods. Very safe to walk and so close to mont royal park. Joe was very responsive. The place is small but was more than adequate for our needs. We had a nice stay. Even more happier that they were dog friendly. Quick uber drive to city center. Parking is a little tricky but can be reserved in the surrounding areas on the click n park app. Would recommend the place.

Ricardo’s place is a wonderful reflection of the owner—creative, organized, and welcoming. I will always remember this trip with the fondest memories. Thanks to Ricardo, I have learned a lot about Montreal from him personally and simply from living in his studio. It is very spacious, clean, and modern. You can feel how much love was poured into the place. All the amenities are present, and many more little things you will appreciate. Ricardo welcomed me and explained how everything worked. He was in touch and responded very quickly. It is very rare to see a host on Airbnb who is so hospitable and open to people. Thank you, Ricardo.

Great place to stay on the best street of le Plateau! Everything went super smoothly, Mathieu responded quickly to our one little issue (missing lightbulbs that were promptly delivered). The door codes worked seamlessly for an easy check in, even after hours. The place was spotless, seemed like it was very recently renovated. The sun deck got pretty warm on sunny days, so we mostly enjoyed it as bonus space on cooler days or in the mornings, but with 3 full bedrooms, our group of 5 had plenty of space to stretch out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall a great stay. Security in the building added a level of safety. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t have access to the rooftop deck while the weather was nice, as the previous guests had lost the fob and it wasn’t able to be replaced for us until noon on day 3 of our stay. Edward's place was perfect for my 10 day stay in Montreal! in the middle of the plateau with lots of shops and restaurants! an amazing poutine place around the corner! subway is 15m walk the apartment is perfect, clean and full of light! the work desk was amazing to get some work done! would definitely recommend!

Francesco was an amazing host. He did everything to ensure a peaceful trip for me and my wife. There was nothing missing. The building was perfect, especially the pool and terrace. I look forward to returning to his home soon.

Fantastic location in Montreal, steps to the convention centre and so much to see and do within 20 minute walk. Be aware the bed and bathroom are upstairs and the stairwell is poorly lit making the stairs tricky to navigate. Overall great spot and location.

Wonderful view across the city skyline and easily accessible by public transport

Had a great time! Walkable to all parts you would want to explore, nice and roomy area to work from or just hang out in. Definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay!

One word for This Airbnb and Julie .. BESTEST..☺️Julie was great like there was nothing which was not present in the Airbnd like not even single thing. Alwaya responsive and always helpful. All the instructions were clear i wish i can give more than these stars . This is not enough. ☺️ I am so impressed by all the things she offered us and it made our stay very easy . People should choose this Airbnd more often. Hopefully will come in the future again.❤️

It deserves 5 stars — very secure and clean, with lots of space to spend time with family. I will go back again. I felt at home.
