Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal

The place was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We loved the location as it was steps away from many shops and places to eat, walking distance to downtown and other tourist attractions. I would absolutely come back and stay here again during my next visit to Montreal!

My second stay at Josh’s apartment, so I knew what to expect for my stay. What I got was a beautiful loft apartment with everything needed to feel like home. It is perfectly located in a hip neighborhood with a wealth of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Josh is a wonderful host, very kind and very responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!

The Le Robin apartment was a great stay for our family. The location was amazing and during the summer, Ave Mont-Royal is only for pedestrians and it’s wonderfully lively. The apartment itself is very spacious and I loved the mid century modern vibes. The whole team behind Le Robin was so accommodating and it made our trip so much smoother. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent place to stay for a visit to Montreal. Apartment was clean, quiet and all the amenities needed for a stay in the city. Lots of restaurants near by and easy access to the metro made this a 5-star place to stay for our visit to Montreal. Highly recommended!

We got so lucky with this beautiful Air BnB. Cosy and clean little house in a fantastic location. Walking distance to great nearby restaurants and bar, yet a good 10 min walk away from the more busy Saint Laurent street. A big shoutout to the restaurant Cup Mtl which is round the corner from the apartment - perfect pub and restaurant atmosphere with great food. Benoit is a fantastic host! Super friendly and very proactive with communication, always responding to my messages. He even went out of his way to look up bus timings and schedules for our day trip. We had booked one of his apartments for only 4 nights and needed an extra night due to changes to travel plans. He promptly organised for us to move to his second apartment and was so generous about it too. We highly recommend Benoit and his place!

This apartment was a perfect home base for our family trip to Montreal. The location is ideal, right between two metro stations and in a neighbourhood with tons of amazing cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops etc. We barely left the neighbourhood there was so much to do for every member of our party (aged 10-80), including the Comic Book Festival right outside our door. Although on a main street, the apartment was pretty quiet although it is an older building so you will hear your neighbours a bit, especially from upstairs. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and included kitchen basics, bathroom supplies etc. As others have said, you get a hotel like experience in terms of amenities. Sekaya very quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had, and although a problem with the bathroom fan couldn't be solved during our stay, he tried as best as he could to solve the issue. We will definitely try to stay here again on future trips to Montreal/the Plateau!

Another great stay in a LiV MTL property! When I’m looking for an AirBnB property in Montreal and a LiV MTL comes up in the search it’s such a plus. Their organization performs brilliantly and their properties are excellent! Their properties on Avenue du Montreal are in the heart of the urban excitement! Bars, restaurants, antiques, kitchen stores etc. pack the blocks in both directions. And NEVER a problem with their units! 5 stars across the board!

Great place, quiet and clutter-free. It is very welcoming to rest and well placed to go skiing, Close to Montreal but in traffic jams.

The stay went great, everything was clean, simple check-in instructions. I would recommend the place.

Everything was just how Nabil described it. Super cozy Apartment which has a Parking Space which was great for us. Also loved that it has washing machine and dryer!

Our stay at this nice apartment went perfectly well. Our host made herself available when we needed her and is very accommodating. The accommodation met our wishes in every respect, both in terms of equipment and cleanliness. It was also nicely decorated. Thank you again for this nice pied-à-terre for visiting Montreal peacefully. Indeed, the nearby subway is a real plus.

We’re so happy we found Mari’s place it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Mari was a great host and the property amazing. Great restaurants, bakeries, meat shops and pharmacies seconds away. I hope we can make it back. 10/10

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This apartment is in a great location for exploring one on Montreal’s great neighbourhoods and enjoying a wide selection of nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. It was surprisingly quiet, well-appointed and comfortable, with easy access to affordable paid parking. The host was very responsive and dealt with a maintenance issue efficiently. We LOVED our stay @ Eminé's place! Fully enjoying the place required a bit of confidence & ingenuity but Eminé was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We look forward to coming back. Bonus! The pictures don't do the decor justice/aren't up-to-date. As of May '25 the place was much posher.

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.
