Vacation rentals in Le Perthus

I had a wonderful three days in this seaside apartment. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and direct access to the beach. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host is very responsive and thoughtful. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again again!

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is in a good location close to the beach on foot. Parking is easy. The apartment is very well arranged and equipped, suitable for families. The beds are comfortable. The big plus is access to the pool, we were able to enjoy it while alone, the water was 30 degrees, it was perfect.

A beautiful and quiet place to unwind. To discover for lovers of nature. You can land away from the crowds in this small village. The pool is perfect in a great environment. Alexia and Anthony are very welcoming people and always concerned about our well-being while respecting our privacy. We had a relaxing week that was our goal. The house is beautiful, very spacious. We were three couples and the fact of having two bathrooms was very handy. The beach is a three-minute walk away. The only thing I didn't like was that they pay 100€ more for the sheets and towels when this is always included and in the listing at no time I said it. That is, to the price it puts, you have to add 100€. The hostess is very friendly.

Very responsive host, perfect and accurate communication. Clean, functional home, beautiful view and tranquility at the rendezvous. Everything it takes to be rested and well. I warmly recommend it.

We were totally “wowed” by this lovely house!! We absolutely loved being there and didn’t want to leave !! We both felt totally comfortable from the moment we walked in… and then we saw the views!!.. breathtaking!! The house is all on one level with its own private drive. It has a large open plan lounge area , leading out through patios doors ( 3 double sets) onto a spacious decking area . With 2 shower areas and 2 double bedrooms, both with patio sliding doors looking out onto the amazing sea view .The master bedroom is extra large with its own walk in wardrobe closet room.2 shower rooms both with toilets and wash basin in both .There were plenty of towels, tea towels linens and loads of cupboard space to match . It has a separate utility area with washing machine ,microwave and ice maker. Everything you need in the kitchen area also a dishwasher, and fridge freezer., breakfast bar with 2 stools The large modern comfy sofas added to the feeling of luxury . A great holiday home !!!

We spent a few days of sleep at Jean Claude and Manu's apartment. We felt at home and they treated us very well, very friendly and close. The place has everything that is a must for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped to make meals there. We are in love with and around the village of Eus. A great experience and highly recommended that we will repeat well for sure!

A very nice apartment super well located (you can do everything on foot) with a magnificent view! Everything was perfect for our 4 days as a family! Carole is at the top: communication, advice, adaptability, I recommend it and we'll be back:)
