Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Paquier

Everything was perfect. Gerd was kind and very friendly with my parents for whom I rented his apartment. The apartment is ideally located away from the crowds of Annecy and close to a very nice small beach.

Beautiful apartment that gives the feeling of having its own chalet with a beautiful south facing terrace facing the slopes of Boissonnet. Very nice living space, extremely well equipped kitchen (rarely seen so many dishes in an Airbnb rental), comfortable bedding. Access to the village in 10-15mn on foot or with free bus service. Note that with young children walking, you have to walk 5 minutes by the road to get to the boissonnet roundabout; which is not very comfortable. Great rental, we had a great time.

The stay went great! Very satisfied! The hosts are responsive and welcoming. The place is tastefully renovated!

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

We loved this beautiful place with beautiful views. Very clean and well equipped. Helene was very helpful when we needed to get a vet appointment she called them and made an appointment for us even before our arrival. We will definitely stay at her place again.

We had a great weekend with friends in this tastefully renovated apartment. Everything is carefully decorated and the atmosphere is warm. The host is very responsive and responds quickly to any questions we may have. The double bedroom is really beautiful and very spacious, a real plus! And a special mention for the showerhead, we loved it! We would definitely recommend this place.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

A very cozy house with all the necessary amenities! Close to the lake, and yet nice and quiet due to the well secluded garden. Definitely recommended!

The studio is perfect for a weekend for a couple. Very well equipped!! The views are beautiful and the terrace is very nice. Thank you for this trip! However, it is a sofa bed so not the most comfortable.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Annecy, France - April 14-21, 2025 (7 nights) Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown, across from Centre Commercial Courier with a large Monoprix—perfect for everyday essentials. Walkable to the lake, old town, and all of Annecy’s main attractions, with the train and bus stations just steps away. The apartment is modern, spotless, and well-organized. The spacious bedroom has a super comfortable mattress with cotton bedding and towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for cooking. The bathroom has great water pressure and a separate toilet for added convenience. The bright, roomy living area and mudroom-style entry add extra comfort. A large balcony overlooks the lively Italian Trattoria—great for people-watching and delicious food! Delphine is a kind, attentive host. We were welcomed by Edwidge who gave us a warm welcome and excellent local tips. Don’t miss Le Freti for amazing Savoyard cuisine. We highly recommend this AirBnB—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely weekend at this property, the city is very soothing and next to Annecy. The Airbnb was very well and well maintained, very good Airbnb for couples trips near Annecy. The host was able to answer any questions I had and refer me to restaurants/activities nearby. I recommend it!
