Elegant and warm atmosphere in a large T2 ideally located between old port, old charity, cathedral of the major, mucem, terraces of the port, street of the republic..., at the edge of the basket. Many restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. The old apartment is tastefully renovated retaining the hallmark of the building which is a former convent. A beautiful spacious room, a large living room, and all the comforts of the traveler. Closed guarded parking at 100m at no charge.

There is enough to have a good night's sleep: SLEEP PEACEFULLY in comfortable bedding.

great experience. Sylviane and her son were great hosts, flexible and very friendly. The accommodation is in a great location, in the heart of the Panier. The apartment is well insulated from street noise. Functional and true to photos.

The apartment is renovated and clean and at a great location. Everything was perfect for a short stay and walking distance to the touristy areas of the city. If the check-in was self checkin it would’ve made things a little bit smoother but everything still went great

Nice apartment, well arranged and very conveniently located. The space was clean. Only small downside for accessibility, I do not recommend with young children. There are quite a few stairs. But otherwise you can go there without a second thought.

Mathieu’s home was perfect for us! Marseille is an incredible city, and the location of Mathieu’s place was ideal—a very easy walk to a metro stop and a taxi stand, and about a 15-minute walk to the port for our Calanque trip. The apartment was great. Very clean and well organized. The bed was great, and we were grateful to have parking. (We parked the car and walked or took public transportation or a taxi around.) And the view? Outstanding and awe-inspiring. Mathieu and his partner were lovely. Very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay and will look forward to a return to Marseille.

Studio apartment perched on top of a building in the historic center of Marseille, quiet and comfortable! As also mentioned in the listing, it is an apartment that requires a certain skill in climbing the stairs of both the condominium and the internal stairs to get to the bed in the loft. Apart from that, Gerard was very friendly and precise, the kitchen area is functional and the entire living room is spacious. A great compromise for sleeping when visiting Marseille.

We loved this apartment! Alexis was so kind when I couldn’t figure out the coffee and sent tutorial videos to help. The place was spotless and sooo comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and we felt right at home. Would stay here again anytime!

Lovely spacious apartment on the sixth floor. Lovely views. Private and secure. The bedsheets are a bit tired, makeup stains on the pillow undersides, and the consumables e.g. dishwasher tablets, are minimal. The aircon is fixed at 23 degrees and cannot go lower. But overall, very lovely place in a great location.

Great central location, and I’ve never been so comfortable in such a tiny space! As others have mentioned, it’s definitely not a room for those who care about space, the very tall, or claustrophobic, but I loved it. I was impressed how kitted it out it was too, with a washing machine, ironing board, micro kitchen, AC, everything you need. The terrace is a great bonus as well.

We spent a night with friends for a concert in this beautiful apartment with a nice view from the roof terrace. Mickael is very friendly and responsive. The instructions are clear, the place is easy to access and well located with access to the metro 500m away! The apartment matches the photos and was very clean and welcoming. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top! I would definitely recommend Mickael.
